嵌段磺化聚芳醚砜阳离子交换膜的制备及在MFC中的发电性能研究

【摘要】:采用嵌段共聚制备了具有不同链段长度的非磺化/磺化多嵌段型磺化聚芳醚砜阳离子交换膜(bSPAES),研究了bSPAES膜在微生物燃料电池(MFC)作为分离膜的性能.由于在亲水磺化部分引入了刚性更强的芴结构,bSPAES膜表现了更好的尺寸稳定性和水解稳定性.链段长度控制在10~30的bSPAES膜在30℃水中的尺寸变化表现为各向同性,介于10%~20%之间.bSPAES膜的质子导电率为81~140 mS/cm,远超过商用的ULTREX CMI-7000.经过1000 h MFC运行后,bSPAES膜电导率几乎没有发生降低.100℃24 h高温水稳定性试验表明,bSPAES膜的失重率仅在1.5%~6.3%之间.MFC最大功率密度也随着bSPAES中链段长度的增加而提高,链段长度为15~30的bSPAES膜的MFC产电性能优于商用ULTREX CMI-7000膜,bSPAES(30/30)膜在MFC中的最大功率密度达到705 mW/m2.
[Abstract]:Non-sulfonated / sulfonated multiblock sulfonated poly (aryl ether sulfone) cation exchange membranes (bSPAES) with different segment lengths were prepared by block copolymerization. The performance of bSPAES membranes in microbial fuel cell (MFC) was studied. Due to the introduction of more rigid fluorene structure in the hydrophilic sulfonation part, bSPAES membrane exhibited better dimensional stability and hydrolysis stability.
