继电保护状态评估及应用

【摘要】:随着电力系统的不断发展,电网结构的日益复杂,分布范围变广,维护的工作量和成本越来越大。长期以来,我国电力系统的设备检修一直是遵循着“到期必修、修必修好”的周期性检修原则而进行的,随着二次设备数量的增多,继电保护在系统中的作用日益重要,继续采用以往周期性检修的负面效应也体现出来。随着微机保护的全面使用,装置的自检水平不断提高,因此,采用常规的定期检验制度对设备进行维护是不合时宜的,必须根据保护设备的实际运行状态实行状态检修。本文的主要工作在于: 首先,本文对目前继电保护设备的检修现状进行介绍,提出目前存在的问题,分析了影响二次设备正常运行的原因。 其次,对在线监测及故障诊断技术在继电保护状态检修的运用进行了深入的探讨。首先是从电力设备的可靠性技术的研究出发,处于事故多发期的设备应增加在线监测,接着总结了在线监测应用存在的问题,研究出电气二次设备在线监测的实现方法。然后讨论了状态检修中最关键的环节故障诊断专家系统,给出了设备健康诊断的过程。 再次,基于继电保护运行机理和实际情况,对继电保护状态评价参量和指标进行分析和选择,从而建立继电保护状态评价指标体系和分级评价模型,并介绍了利用层次分析法对继电保护状态评价模型中各状态参量的权重进行计算,合理反映继电保护各状态参量对继电保护状态的影响程度。 然后,着重阐述了PMS系统在日常工作中的运用情况,提出了利用生产管理信息系统中的实时而准确的基础数据,进行继电保护状态评价。 最后,为了给继电保护状态检修有一个全面的指导,笔者结合目前浙江省电力公司的要求,介绍了状态检修下检修策略的制定、状态检修试验的项目和要求以及继电保护首检式验收。
[Abstract]:With the development of power system, the structure of power network is becoming more and more complex, the scope of distribution is becoming wider, and the workload and cost of maintenance are increasing. For a long time, the equipment maintenance of electric power system in our country has been carried out in accordance with the periodic maintenance principle of "due and compulsory repair". With the increase of the number of secondary equipment, relay protection plays an increasingly important role in the system. The negative effects of continuing to use the previous periodic overhaul are also reflected. With the full use of microcomputer protection, the level of self-inspection of the device has been improved continuously. Therefore, it is inappropriate to use the routine periodic inspection system to maintain the equipment, and it is necessary to carry out the condition maintenance according to the actual operating state of the protection equipment. The main work of this paper is as follows: firstly, this paper introduces the current situation of the maintenance of relay protection equipment, puts forward the existing problems and analyzes the reasons that affect the normal operation of the secondary equipment. Secondly, the application of on-line monitoring and fault diagnosis technology in condition maintenance of relay protection is discussed. Starting from the research of reliability technology of electric power equipment, the equipment in the period of frequent accidents should be monitored on line. Then, the problems existing in the application of on-line monitoring are summarized, and the realization method of on-line monitoring of electrical secondary equipment is studied. Then the fault diagnosis expert system, which is the most important link in condition maintenance, is discussed, and the process of equipment health diagnosis is given. Thirdly, based on the operation mechanism and actual situation of relay protection, the evaluation parameters and indexes of relay protection state are analyzed and selected, and the evaluation index system and grading evaluation model of relay protection state are established. The weight of each state parameter in the state evaluation model of relay protection is calculated by analytic hierarchy process (AHP), and the influence degree of each state parameter of relay protection on the state of relay protection is reasonably reflected. Then, the application of PMS system in daily work is expounded, and the application of real-time and accurate basic data in production management information system is put forward to evaluate the state of relay protection. Finally, in order to give a comprehensive guidance to the condition maintenance of relay protection, the author introduces the formulation of maintenance strategy under the condition maintenance combined with the requirements of Zhejiang Electric Power Company at present. Condition maintenance test items and requirements as well as relay protection first check acceptance.
