三明电业局集控站—变电站仿真培训系统设计与实现

【摘要】:变电站仿真培训系统是培训实际技能操作的有效工具,本文在综合分析了国内变电仿真培训系统的现状及特点的基础上,根据三明电业局的实际需求,以三明地区的实际变电站为仿真原型,研究设计并实现了集控站-变电站仿真培训系统。论文首先针对三明地区变电运行人员的应用需求,制定仿真培训系统的设计原则和仿真范围,设计集控站-变电站仿真系统培训功能、软件和硬件配置方案。针对目前仿真培训系统中在实现故障后的设备巡视培训时,必须将故障事件和设备异常事件进行组合,从而存在着操作流程太复杂,不易掌握等问题,本文设计了多种异常状态仿真的方法,并改进了系统在故障设置和故障巡视方面的功能、以及设备异常和故障的仿真流程,提高系统在故障设置和故障巡视方面的灵活性,方便教学应用。设计了三明电业局集控站-变电站仿真培训系统,实现了各种仿真和培训功能。按照培训要求,对系统进行了相应的测试,设计并测试大量的培训项目和案例,从而保证系统的运行稳定。实际应用效果表明,由于这套仿真培训系统是以实际变电站为基础进行设计,因此使运行人员在进行训练时犹如身临其境,培训效果非常明显,运行人员的技能水平得到很大提高。同时,由于该系统具有的自动评价功能,也使培训人员减轻负担,提高培训效率。
[Abstract]:Substation simulation training system is an effective tool for training practical skills. Based on the comprehensive analysis of the current situation and characteristics of domestic substation simulation training system, according to the actual needs of Sanming Electric Power Bureau, Taking the actual substation in Sanming area as the simulation prototype, the simulation training system of centralized control station and substation is designed and implemented. Firstly, according to the application requirements of substation operators in Sanming area, the design principles and simulation scope of the simulation training system, the training function, software and hardware configuration of the centralized control station and substation simulation system are designed. In order to realize the equipment patrol training after failure in the current simulation training system, the fault events and the abnormal equipment events must be combined, so that the operation process is too complex and difficult to master, and so on. In this paper, several methods of abnormal state simulation are designed, and the functions of the system in fault setting and fault inspection are improved, as well as the simulation flow of equipment anomaly and fault, so as to improve the flexibility of the system in fault setting and fault inspection. It is convenient for teaching application. The emulation training system of the central control station-substation of Sanming Electric Power Bureau is designed, and all kinds of simulation and training functions are realized. According to the training requirements, the system is tested, and a large number of training projects and cases are designed and tested to ensure the stability of the system. The practical application results show that the simulation training system is designed on the basis of actual substation, so the training effect is very obvious. The skill level of the operator has been greatly improved. At the same time, because of the automatic evaluation function of the system, the training staff can lighten the burden and improve the training efficiency.
