家用吸尘器性能检测系统设计及实现

【摘要】:吸尘器作为一种家用电器,日益的广泛应用,而吸尘器产品种类及功能也日益繁多。中国家用电器研究院提出,建立一套基于吸尘器检测国家标准完整检测系统,获得能表征吸尘器产品特性的参数,并进行产品分类及其性能分析。本文主要研究检测系统中机械结构及其运动控制的设计与实现方法,由传感器、调理电路、采集系统等构成检测系统的设计与实现方法。完成研究内容如下: (1)机械结构及运动控制的设计。基于吸尘器检测国家标准中要求的检测设备方案,提出自动化检测设备的设计方案。通过具体的机械结构设计,进行步进电机的选型计算,确定机械结构运动位置控制的方案设计,通过PLC的编程,实现机械结构运动控制。 (2)为了实现吸尘器检测国家标准中要求的各个测量参数的精度,确定了所选择传感器的测试精度和量程范围,以及考虑到安装的需要,进行了传感器的选型确定。根据传感器的选型,以及基于PLC的采集模块的采集系统建立要求,设计了传感器后续的调理电路,并且设计与搭建了所需的供电电源电路及其接口。通过PLC本身具有的采集模块编程完成了采集系统建立。通过上位机软件编程,实现了数据的处理以及显示和保存。 (3)实验平台的搭建,经调试成功后,进行吸尘器的检测试验,并形成了所需的检测结果。 (4)进行吸尘器检测国家标准与美国标准的差异性比对,提出为能更好的检测产品性能,并将产品细分,可参考美国标准的研究分析方法。
[Abstract]:As a kind of household appliances, vacuum cleaners are widely used, and the products and functions of vacuum cleaners are becoming more and more numerous. The China Academy of Home Appliances has proposed to establish a complete testing system based on the national standards of vacuum cleaners to obtain the parameters that can characterize the characteristics of vacuum cleaners and to carry out product classification and performance analysis. This paper mainly studies the design and realization method of the mechanical structure and its motion control in the detection system, which is composed of sensors, conditioning circuits, acquisition systems and so on. The contents are as follows: (1) the design of mechanical structure and motion control. Based on the test equipment scheme required by the national standard of vacuum cleaner, the design scheme of automatic testing equipment is put forward. Through the concrete mechanical structure design, carries on the step motor type selection calculation, determines the mechanical structure movement position control scheme design, through the PLC programming, (2) in order to realize the precision of each measurement parameter required in the vacuum cleaner testing national standard, the measurement precision and range of the selected sensor are determined, and the need of installation is taken into account. The type selection of the sensor is determined. According to the selection of the sensor and the requirement of the acquisition system based on PLC, the subsequent conditioning circuit of the sensor is designed, and the needed power supply circuit and its interface are designed and built. The acquisition system is established by programming the acquisition module of PLC itself. The data processing, displaying and saving are realized through the software programming of the upper computer. (3) the experimental platform is built. After debugging successfully, the test of vacuum cleaner is carried out. The required results are obtained. (4) compare the difference between the national standard and the American standard for vacuum cleaners, and put forward the method of research and analysis in order to better test the product performance and subdivide the product.
