某330MW供热机组脱硝改造可行性研究

【摘要】:近年来,国家、地方相继出台标准对燃煤电厂的NOx排放量、排放浓度做出了明确的规定,并制定相关法规以规范电厂的排放行为并加大了惩治力度。与此同时,各级政府在电量计划分配、脱销电价补偿、电力市场交易资格、政府资金补偿等方面做出了积极的引导,基于以上原因,本电厂决定对现有机组进行脱硝改造。 目前,针对NOx生产机理,国内燃煤电厂在减少NOx排放方面通常采用两种措施,一是在燃烧过程中通过低NOx燃烧技术减少NOx生成,二是对烟气进行NOx脱除处理。参考改造后的案例不难发现,低NOx燃烧技术脱硝效率较低,只能将NOx排放量降到400mg/Nm3,而烟气脱硝技术NOx脱除效果显著但投资大,综合考虑后本电厂选择较为常见的低NOx燃烧器及SCR联合脱硝改造。 本文结合本厂机组实际情况,依托现有设备、场地、人力资源条件,通过对国内外脱硝技术的研究,借鉴成熟的改造经验,在技术工艺、环境效益、经济分析等方面进行了可行性研究,并针对脱硝改造工程制定监理规划方案,为改造工程顺利开工并达到技改要求奠定基础。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the national and local standards have made clear regulations on the NOx emissions and emission concentration of coal-fired power plants, and related laws and regulations have been formulated to standardize the emission behavior of power plants and to increase the punishment. At the same time, the governments at all levels have made positive guidance in the aspects of electricity quantity plan distribution, electricity price compensation, electricity market trading qualification, government fund compensation and so on. Based on the above reasons, the power plant has decided to carry on the denitrification transformation to the existing units. At present, according to the mechanism of NOx production, domestic coal-fired power plants usually adopt two measures to reduce NOx emissions, one is to reduce NOx generation through low NOx combustion technology in the combustion process, the other is to remove NOx from flue gas. It is not difficult to find that the denitrification efficiency of low NOx combustion technology is low, and the NOx emission can only be reduced to 400 mg / Nm3, while the flue gas denitrification technology NOx has a remarkable effect but a large investment. After comprehensive consideration, the low NOx burner and SCR combined denitrification revamp were selected. This paper combines the actual situation of the unit, relying on the existing equipment, site, human resource conditions, through the domestic and foreign denitrification technology research, learn from the mature experience of transformation, in the technical process, environmental benefits, The feasibility study was carried out in the aspects of economic analysis, and the supervision planning scheme was formulated for the denitrification project, which laid the foundation for the smooth start of the reconstruction project and the meeting of the technical innovation requirements.
