局部表面电导率测量仪器及测试方法

【摘要】:为推广局部表面电导率法在绝缘子污秽程度评估中的应用,结合试验,介绍并比较了2种测量仪器的工作方法和应用性能。2种仪器均为通用仪器,1种是由调压器、精细电阻构成的简易测量系统,另1种是专用电阻测量仪器。采用这2种仪器对玻璃板上不同污秽的局部表面电导率值进行了测试,结果显示:不同的测量装置及电极型式对相同污秽度表面的局部表面电导率测量值的影响很小;在0.05~0.40 mg/cm2的盐密范围内,2种仪器测量的表面电导率的最大差异1%,而采用矩形电极和圆形电极的测量结果差异3%;电源频率对局部表面电导率有较大影响,频率增大10倍时,局部表面电导率会增加约10%;电源电压对局部表面电导率几乎没有影响,1V与20 V电源电压的局部表面电导率测量值差异约为1%。试验表明,局部表面电导率法在实际应用中简易可行且准确度高,有较好的应用前景。
[Abstract]:In order to popularize the application of local surface conductivity method in the assessment of insulator contamination degree, combined with the test, this paper introduces and compares the working methods and applied performance of two kinds of measuring instruments. The simple measuring system is composed of fine resistance, and the other is a special resistance measuring instrument. The results show that different measuring devices and electrode types have little influence on the local surface conductivity of the same polluted surface. The maximum difference of surface conductivity measured by the two instruments in the salt density range of 0. 05 ~ 0. 40 mg/cm2 is 1, and the difference between the measured results of rectangular electrode and circular electrode is 3. The frequency of power supply has a great influence on the local surface conductivity, and when the frequency increases 10 times, The local surface conductivity will increase by about 10 percent, and the local surface conductivity measurement value of 1V and 20V power supply voltage will have little effect on the local surface conductivity. The difference between the local surface conductivity measurements and the local surface conductivity values is about 1. The experimental results show that the method of local surface conductivity is simple, feasible and accurate in practical application, and has a good prospect of application.
