110千伏变电站智能辅助控制系统与消防控制系统整合方案研究

【摘要】:目前,智能变电站在我国发展迅速,特别是其主要电气设备的智能化设计与建设日趋完善。但智能变电站的内涵不仅限于主要的电气设备,更需要站内大量的辅助设备也参与进来,实现辅助系统的集成化、智能化,如水泵、风机、空调等设备,从而提升设备综合管理,辅助监测设备的运行状态,可靠传递相关故障信息,最终实现变电站的安全生产能力的进一步提高。智能辅助控制系统是电网智能化和安全生产的重要支撑技术之一,它将通风 系统、水系统、火灾报警、视频、安防、环境监控以及设备控制等各大系统有机集成,并实现联网监控和管理。当前的智能辅助系统包括三部分:图像监视及安全警卫子系统、环境监控子系统和火灾报警子系统,由于专业管理的特殊性,变电站消防系统,特别是水消防系统和通风消防系统等一直游离在智能辅助系统以外,尤其是消防蓄水、给水系统,在连锁控制、信息存储和上传、巡检维护、故障分析等方面只能就地采集。本研究是根据现有智能变电站建设要求,将变电站消防控制系统与智能辅助控制系统优化整合,使得智能辅助系统更加完善和充分,从而将所有相关因素在产品设计阶段得到综合规划和优化。通过依托九园110kV变电站工程对变电站的消防控制系统与智能辅助控制系统的整合进行研究,提出了完善智能辅助控制系统的站内覆盖范围的方法,实现了消防系统的监控运行效率和可靠性的提高。在充分利用基于DL/T860协议 的高速以太网的平台条件基础上,智能辅助控制系统构架中后台与各子系统间可实现实时通信,,同时改造融合原消防控制系统,使其具备与综合应用服务器通讯的功能,充分利用现有智能辅助控制系统中视频显示、图像存储回放、报警、监视控制、联动控制等功能,使得智能辅助控制系统的监控范围进一步扩大、效率进一步提高。
[Abstract]:At present, intelligent substation is developing rapidly in our country, especially the intelligent design and construction of its main electrical equipment is becoming more and more perfect. But the connotation of intelligent substation is not only limited to the main electrical equipment, but also needs a large number of auxiliary equipment in the station to participate in, to realize the integration of auxiliary system, intelligent, such as water pump, fan, air conditioning and so on. Thus the comprehensive management of the equipment can be improved, the operation state of the equipment can be monitored, and the relevant fault information can be transmitted reliably. Finally, the safe production capacity of the substation will be further improved. Intelligent auxiliary control system is one of the important supporting technologies for intelligent and safe production of power grid. It integrates ventilation system, water system, fire alarm, video, security, environment monitoring and equipment control, etc. And the implementation of network monitoring and management. The current intelligent assistant system consists of three parts: image monitoring and security subsystem, environment monitoring subsystem and fire alarm subsystem. Due to the particularity of professional management, substation fire protection system, Especially the water fire control system and the ventilation fire fighting system have been free outside the intelligent auxiliary system, especially in the fire control, water supply system, chain control, information storage and upload, inspection and maintenance, fault analysis and other aspects can only be collected on the spot. According to the requirement of intelligent substation construction, this study optimizes and integrates the fire control system of substation and the intelligent auxiliary control system, which makes the intelligent auxiliary system more perfect and sufficient. Therefore, all relevant factors are comprehensively planned and optimized in the product design stage. Based on Jiuyuan 110kV substation project, the integration of fire control system and intelligent auxiliary control system of substation is studied, and the method of perfecting the coverage of intelligent auxiliary control system is put forward. The efficiency and reliability of fire control system are improved. On the basis of making full use of the platform condition of high speed Ethernet based on DL/T860 protocol, real-time communication can be realized between the background and subsystems in the framework of intelligent auxiliary control system, and the original fire control system can be recombined at the same time. It has the function of communicating with the integrated application server, and makes full use of the functions of video display, image storage and playback, alarm, monitoring and control, linkage control and so on in the existing intelligent auxiliary control system. The monitoring range of the intelligent auxiliary control system is further expanded and the efficiency is further improved.
