含分布式电源的配电网优化调度模型及其应用研究

【摘要】:随着经济社会的发展,能源枯竭和环境恶劣的问题越发凸显。作为节能减排的重要措施,分布式电源发展前途光明,将在电网末端大量接入并发挥巨大作用。然而分布式电源多为可再生能源发电,出力不可准确预测和控制,对其进行优化调度是一个尚未解决的问题。本文旨在提出一种合理的优化调度模型,并通过典型算例验证其可行性。 本文提出了一种新型配电网调度模式,对分布式电源出力进行合理控制。分布式电源通过微网接入配电网,实现分级消纳。首先根据整个配电网中的负荷预测和分布式电源中新能源发电的集总预测,基于消费者心理学曲线进行一天内电价排布的计算,引导用电负荷进行相应的转移,以实现新能源发电不同情况下的“削峰填谷”。计算结果表明,本文提出的“准实时电价”计算模型可以适应新能源发电的不同出力状况,并能实现用户侧和电网公司的双赢。其次,根据既定的电价排布,计算微网的经济运行模式,确定微网在一天之内的售购电情况。此步骤是为最终配电网的优化调度计算进行铺垫。最后,在配电网层面对微网出力进行调度,设置运行成本最低、排放成本最低、电压质量最好三个目标函数,运用基于评价函数的交互式多目标决策模型解决多个目标相互冲突的问题,利用粒子群算法进行求解计算,并由此确定整个配电网的最终运行状态。采用IEEE-33节点系统和典型微网数据作算例,验证模型的可行性。算例结果显示,本文提出的含分布式电源优化调度模型可以较为理想地解决分布式电源出力波动、难以控制的问题,为电网公司对分布式电源规模化应用的调度管理提供一些建议。
[Abstract]:With the development of economy and society, the problems of energy exhaustion and bad environment become more and more prominent. As an important measure of energy saving and emission reduction, distributed power generation has a bright future and will play an important role in the end of power grid. However, most of the distributed power generation is renewable energy generation, the output can not be accurately predicted and controlled, the optimal scheduling is an unsolved problem. In this paper, a reasonable optimal scheduling model is proposed, and its feasibility is verified by a typical example. In this paper, a new dispatching mode of distribution network is proposed to control the distributed power generation reasonably. The distributed power supply is connected to the distribution network through the microgrid to realize the hierarchical absorption. First of all, according to the load forecasting in the whole distribution network and the lumped forecast of the new energy generation in the distributed generation, based on the consumer psychology curve, the electricity price arrangement is calculated in one day to guide the corresponding transfer of the power load. In order to realize the new energy power generation under different circumstances, "cutting peak and filling valley". The calculation results show that the proposed "quasi-real-time pricing" model can adapt to the different power generation conditions of new energy generation, and can realize the win-win situation between the user side and the power grid company. Secondly, according to the fixed price arrangement, the economic operation mode of microgrid is calculated, and the sale and purchase of electricity in one day is determined. This step is to pave the way for the optimal dispatching calculation of the final distribution network. Finally, at the level of distribution network, three objective functions are set up, which are the lowest operating cost, the lowest emission cost, the best voltage quality and the best voltage quality. The interactive multi-objective decision model based on evaluation function is used to solve the conflict problem of multiple objectives, and the particle swarm optimization algorithm is used to solve the problem, and the final running state of the whole distribution network is determined. IEEE-33 node system and typical microgrid data are used as examples to verify the feasibility of the model. The numerical results show that the proposed optimal scheduling model with distributed power supply can solve the problem that the power fluctuation of distributed power supply is difficult to control. Some suggestions are provided for the dispatching management of distributed power generation in power grid companies.
