郑州电力负荷特性分析与研究

【摘要】:准确把握电网负荷特性及其发展变化趋势是做好电力规划、计划、生产运行工作的重要基础。近年来,随着我国经济快速发展,人民生活水平的不断提高,以及节能减排、气候气温等因素影响,电网负荷特性出现了明显变化。按照党十八大提出的2020年全面建成小康社会的目标,未来我国发展方式转变、经济结构调整、新能源以及分布式能源快速发展、智能电网建设等,必将对负荷特性产生较大影响。为进一步了解郑州地区、及地区重点行业的负荷水平及负荷特性的历史变化与现状,以及相关因素对负荷特性的影响程度,准确把握负荷特性变化的规律和趋势,提高电力市场分析预测的科学性、准确性,提升对电网规划、计划、生产运行等工作的支撑力度,开展负荷特性研究工作是十分必要的。本文通过对2005年至2010年和2010至2012年两个阶段历史数据的统计整合,利用各种算法,详细的分析了各年的最大负荷、最大峰谷差和最大峰谷差率、负荷率、季不均衡系数、年负荷曲线、最大负荷利用小时数等逐年变化情况及特点,通过分行业用电负荷特性分析、分地区电力负荷分布分析、用电负荷密度分析等方法得出近年来郑州地区的用电量增长特点,电力负荷增长特点,用电量与负荷增长关系,主要负荷特性指标的变化特点及其原因。最后,通过梳理本论文的分析结论,下一步郑州电网发展、规划、配电网建设、电源总量及结构跨地区调剂支援、DSM政策、电价政策等方面,提出相关建议。
[Abstract]:It is an important foundation for power planning, planning and operation to grasp the load characteristics and its development trend. In recent years, with the rapid development of economy, the continuous improvement of people's living standard, energy saving and emission reduction, climate temperature and other factors, the load characteristics of power grid have changed obviously. In accordance with the goal of building a well-to-do society in an all-round way by 2020 set by the 18th National Congress of the Party, the future development mode of our country will be changed, the economic structure will be adjusted, new and distributed energy sources will develop rapidly, and the smart grid will be built. It will have a great influence on the load characteristic. In order to further understand the historical changes and present situation of load level and load characteristics in Zhengzhou area and key industries, and the influence degree of relevant factors on load characteristics, the law and trend of load characteristic change can be accurately grasped. It is necessary to improve the scientific and accurate analysis and forecast of power market, to enhance the support for power network planning, production and operation, and to carry out research on load characteristics. Through the statistical integration of the historical data from 2005 to 2010 and from 2010 to 2012, this paper analyzes in detail the maximum load, the maximum peak and valley difference, the load rate and the seasonal imbalance coefficient of each year by using various algorithms. The annual load curve, the number of hours of maximum load utilization and so on are changed year by year. By analyzing the characteristics of electric load in different industries, the distribution of electric load in different areas is analyzed. The methods of power load density analysis and so on have obtained the characteristics of electricity consumption growth in Zhengzhou area in recent years, the characteristics of power load growth, the relationship between electricity consumption and load growth, the change characteristics of main load characteristic indexes and their causes. Finally, through combing the analysis conclusion of this paper, the next step of Zhengzhou power grid development, planning, distribution network construction, total power supply and structure cross-regional adjustment support DSM policy, electricity price policy and other aspects of the relevant recommendations.
