高精度相位差检测技术研究

【摘要】:近年来,激光以其高度相干性、高度单色性、高亮度、方向性强等特性在工业、农业、医学、国防建设以及科学实验等许多方面都具有非常广泛的应用,其中,激光测距就是激光技术在军事、工程技术领域、现代体育赛事以及地形测绘等领域中的具体应用。相位法激光测距技术研究的关键是相位差值的获取,测距仪的测相误差可以直接造成测距误差,因此如何获得可靠的相位差是值得研究的课题。本文针对相位法激光测距技术的研究重点即相位差检测技术做了系统_的研究,所取得的主要研究成果为:1.结合具体的项目需求,针对高精度激光测距的指标要求,分析比较了现有的各种相位差检测方案和算法,确定了基于DFT的相位差检测算法;2.分析了基于DFT的相位差检测方法的误差,针对这些误差,采用一种改进的“数据采集+加窗傅里叶变换+频谱校正”DFT算法框架。本文对比了各种窗函数的性能,分析了各种频谱校正方法的理论依据,最终确定选用Hanning窗和比值校正法,详细论述了该方案的原理和实现步骤;3.本文在对改进的算法做了大量的仿真测试工作之后,还对仿真结果做了总结和整理,由仿真结果可知,本文所述检测方案相比传统的DFT检测方法能够大幅度提高相位差检测精度,从而验证了改进算法的有效性。
[Abstract]:In recent years, laser has been widely used in many fields, such as industry, agriculture, medicine, national defense construction and scientific experiment, because of its high coherence, high monochromaticity, high brightness and strong directivity. Among them, laser ranging is laser technology in military, engineering, modern sports and topographic mapping and other fields. The key of phase method laser ranging technology research is the acquisition of phase difference. The phase error of ranging instrument can directly cause ranging error. Therefore, how to obtain reliable phase difference is worth studying. The main research results are as follows: 1. According to the specific project requirements and the requirements of high-precision laser ranging, the existing phase difference detection schemes and algorithms are analyzed and compared, and the phase difference detection algorithm based on DFT is determined; 2. The error of phase difference detection method based on DFT is analyzed, and one method is adopted to solve these errors. An improved "data acquisition + windowed Fourier transform + spectrum correction" DFT algorithm framework is proposed. In this paper, the performance of various window functions is compared, and the theoretical basis of various spectrum correction methods is analyzed. Finally, the Hanning window and ratio correction method are selected, and the principle and implementation steps of the scheme are discussed in detail. After doing a lot of simulation and testing work, the simulation results are summarized and sorted out. The simulation results show that the proposed detection scheme can greatly improve the phase difference detection accuracy compared with the traditional DFT detection method, thus verifying the effectiveness of the improved algorithm.
