基于改进层次分析法的配电网规划综合评价方法

【摘要】:随着国民经济的发展,科学技术的进步,人们对电力的需求大幅度上升。为了满足受端用户的电力需求,必须要加强电网的建设。在电网建设之前,需要对电网建设提出一些规划方案,一个合理的规划方案能促进国民经济的发展,提高人们的生活水平,同时也能为电网企业带来巨大的经济效益。因此如何对电网规划方案进行综合评价显得十分重要。层次分析法是运用最为广泛、最为成熟的一种综合评价方法。它将复杂的决策问题分解成有序的梯阶层次结构,在每一层中,决策者通过两两比较的方式判断各元素之间的相对重要性,运用标度系统,将定性判断量化,构造判断矩阵,再采用一定的数学方法求取各元素权重。最后,采用加权求和的方法,在梯阶层次结构内进行融合,得到规划方案对于总目标的相对重要程度,并根据相对重要程度的大小对规划方案进行排序、择优。但应用层次分析法求取指标权重时,难免具有较强的主观性;对规划进行评价时,评价手段较为单一。本文针对配电网规划综合评价的特点对应用层次分析法开展评价工作中存在的不足及其改进展开研究。传统的层次分析法指标权重的求取体现了决策者对指标的重视程度,但并没有反映指标数据特点。本文引入变权理论,对指标权重进行修正。鉴于传统变权计算方法具有状态变权向量选取困难,可操作性不强这一特点,本文提出了一种基于形状相似性的变权计算方法。所提出的计算方法避免了状态变权向量的选择,通过设置参考序列,达到调节权重的目的。通过算例分析,论证了本文所提出方法的合理性。传统的层次分析法在对规划方案进行评价时,运用规划方案对于总目标的相对重要程度对规划方案进行排序。而相对重要程度只是度量各方案之间优劣的一种手段,它并不能全面的,多角度的对规划方案进行评价。本文提出了一种考虑均衡性的灰色关联分析法。通过引入逼近理想解法和邓氏关联度相结合,构造新的相对关联度的方法,对规划方案与理想方案之间的接近程度进行评价。同时引入斜率关联度,提出了利用斜率关联度对规划方案中各指标水平的均衡性进行评价的思路。最后,将相对关联度和斜率关联度相融合,构造综合关联度。通过综合关联度数值的大小对规划方案进行排序,择优。相比于传统的层次分析法而言,本文所提出的综合评价方法能更加全面的,多角度的对规划方案进行评价。通过算例分析,论证了本文所提出的综合评价方法可操作性强,计算结果科学合理。
[Abstract]:With the development of the national economy and the progress of science and technology, the demand for electric power has increased greatly. In order to meet the electricity demand of the end-users, it is necessary to strengthen the power grid construction. Before the construction of power grid, it is necessary to put forward some planning plans for power grid construction. A reasonable plan can promote the development of national economy, improve people's living standard, and bring huge economic benefits to power grid enterprises at the same time. Therefore, it is very important to evaluate the power network planning scheme. Analytic hierarchy process is the most widely used, the most mature comprehensive evaluation method. In each layer, the decision makers judge the relative importance of each element by pairwise comparison. By using scale system, the qualitative judgment is quantified and the judgment matrix is constructed. A certain mathematical method is used to calculate the weight of each element. Finally, the relative importance of the planning scheme to the total objective is obtained by using the weighted summation method, and the planning scheme is sorted according to the relative importance degree, and the optimization is selected. But it is hard to avoid the subjectivity when using AHP to calculate the index weight, and the evaluation method is relatively simple when evaluating the planning. According to the characteristics of the comprehensive evaluation of distribution network planning, this paper studies the shortcomings and improvement of the application of AHP in the evaluation work. The traditional analytic hierarchy process (AHP) index weight calculation reflects the importance of the index, but does not reflect the characteristics of the index data. In this paper, the variable weight theory is introduced to modify the index weight. In view of the difficulty of selecting state variable weight vector and the low maneuverability of traditional variable weight calculation method, a variable weight calculation method based on shape similarity is proposed in this paper. The proposed method avoids the selection of state variable weight vector and adjusts the weight by setting the reference sequence. The rationality of the proposed method is demonstrated by an example. When the traditional AHP is used to evaluate the planning scheme, the relative importance of the planning scheme to the total objective is used to rank the planning scheme. The relative importance is only a means to measure the merits and demerits of each scheme. It is not comprehensive and multi-angle evaluation of the planning scheme. In this paper, a grey relational analysis method considering equilibrium is proposed. A new method of relative correlation degree is constructed by combining the approximate ideal method with Dunn's correlation degree to evaluate the degree of closeness between the planning scheme and the ideal scheme. At the same time, the slope correlation degree is introduced, and the idea of evaluating the equilibrium of each index level in the planning scheme is put forward by using the slope correlation degree. Finally, the relative correlation degree and slope correlation degree are combined to construct the comprehensive correlation degree. The planning scheme is sorted by the value of the comprehensive correlation degree, and the optimum is chosen. Compared with the traditional analytic hierarchy process, the comprehensive evaluation method proposed in this paper can evaluate the planning scheme more comprehensively and from different angles. Through the analysis of examples, it is proved that the comprehensive evaluation method proposed in this paper is feasible and scientific and reasonable.
