突变量保护对风电接入系统的适应性分析

【摘要】:突变量保护在传统电力系统中得到了广泛应用,其对风电系统的适应性值得深入研究。为此,对突变量保护的判据进行分析,得出其最佳适应条件,针对该适用条件结合建模仿真和现场故障录波数据对风电系统进行故障特征分析,进而研究突变量保护对风电接入系统的适应性。理论分析结果表明,背侧系统正序阻抗稳定或正负序阻抗基本相等是突变量保护的最佳应用条件;在风电系统发生故障时,风场侧等值电源的正负序阻抗不相等,且正序阻抗有较大波动,该特征将使风电系统中的突变量保护元件工作于非最佳应用条件,其保护性能大大降低。突变量保护应用于风电系统时应选择牺牲灵敏度的保守整定。
[Abstract]:Catastrophe protection has been widely used in traditional power systems, and its adaptability to wind power systems is worthy of further study. Therefore, the criterion of sudden change protection is analyzed, and the optimal adaptive condition is obtained. The fault characteristics of wind power system are analyzed by combining modeling, simulation and field fault recording data. Then the adaptability of sudden change protection to wind power access system is studied. The results of theoretical analysis show that the stability of the positive sequence impedance or the equivalent of the positive and negative sequence impedance of the back side system is the best application condition for the sudden change protection, and the positive and negative sequence impedance of the equivalent power supply at the wind field side is not equal when the wind power system fails. Moreover, the positive sequence impedance fluctuates greatly, which will make the sudden change protection element in wind power system work in the non-optimal application conditions, and its protection performance will be greatly reduced. When applying sudden change protection to wind power system, we should choose conservative setting of sacrificial sensitivity.
