含风电场的无功优化策略研究

【摘要】:随着风电场装机容量的不断增大,,风电场并网对电网的影响越来越大。由于风电机组所固有的随机性,使得风电场并网后电网的无功有功潮流分布、电压稳定性等都受到了较大的影响。本文重点研究了含风电场的地区电网无功优化问题,从数学模型、算法和仿真计算等几个侧面进行了相关问题的研究。 本文首先对含有风电场的无功优化问题进行了较为全面的综述和总结,分析了风电机组有功功率和无功功率的输出特性及控制特性。 对传统无功优化问题进行了改进,以有功网损最小和无功补偿容量最小共同作为目标函数,综合考虑运行成本和规划成本;研究了目标函数权重因子与运行约束及目标函数值之间的关联关系,提出一种权重因子优化整定方法,通过多次优化计算和智能筛选,满足电网对有功损耗、补偿容量和特定运行约束的综合要求。 把上述优化方法应用于含有风电场的地区电网无功优化问题,建立了含有风电场的地区电网无功优化数学模型,综合考虑含有风电场地区电网无功电源最大规划容量要求,网损百分率要求,风电母线和其它电网母线电压水平要求,通过多目标优化计算,得到同时满足运行要求和规划要求的含有风电场地区电网无功优化策略。采用算例进行分析验证,证明了方法的有效性。
[Abstract]:With the increasing of installed capacity of wind farm, the influence of grid connection of wind farm is more and more great. Due to the inherent randomness of wind turbines, the distribution of reactive power flow and voltage stability of the grid after wind farms are connected to the grid are greatly affected. In this paper, the reactive power optimization problem of regional power grid with wind farm is studied, and the related problems are studied from mathematical model, algorithm and simulation calculation. In this paper, the reactive power optimization problem with wind farm is summarized, and the output and control characteristics of active and reactive power of wind turbine are analyzed. The traditional reactive power optimization problem is improved. The minimum active power network loss and the minimum reactive power compensation capacity are taken as the objective function, and the operation cost and the planning cost are considered synthetically. In this paper, the relationship between objective function weight factor, operation constraint and objective function value is studied. A weight factor optimization tuning method is proposed to satisfy the active power loss of power network through multiple optimization calculation and intelligent screening. Comprehensive requirements for compensating capacity and specific operational constraints. The above optimization method is applied to the reactive power optimization problem of regional power grid with wind farm, and the mathematical model of reactive power optimization is established, and the maximum planning capacity of reactive power supply in the area with wind farm is considered synthetically. According to the requirements of power loss percentage, voltage level of wind busbar and other grid busbar, through multi-objective optimization calculation, a reactive power optimization strategy with wind farm area is obtained, which meets both the operational requirements and the planning requirements. An example is used to verify the effectiveness of the method.
