重要用户供电模式及相关问题研究

【摘要】:在电力市场机制下,供电企业除了要满足用户对供电可靠性的要求,,还应尽可能地保证供电经济性。而实际上,供电可靠性与经济性是一对矛盾体。单纯地以增加投资的方式来满足供电可靠性难以保证经济性;同理,过度地限制投资又必将降低供电可靠性。所以在配电系统的规划与改造过程中,将经济性和可靠性统一纳入到供电模式研究中去是十分必要的。 通过对配电系统可靠性与经济性分析,本文从实际出发,在计算配电系统的可靠性指标时,充分考虑元件的各种故障模式及其组合模式。根据配电系统中变电站与配电网络结构的差异,对变电站,提出了基于基本最小路割集的变电站可靠性评估算法。该算法根据变电站的拓扑结构,形成以元件为节点和以元件间的连接关系为边的图,然后通过路径搜索算法形成以最小割集为单元的故障模式组合,最终获得变电站的可靠性指标。对配电网络,提出基于开关元件二阶分区的配电网可靠性评估算法。该算法首先以断路器为分区元件对配电网络进行一次分区,然后以分段开关对所得的一阶分区进行二次分区,最后采用故障模式后果分析方法遍历各分区故障及其对其他分区的影响,从而计算出各负荷点的可靠性指标。最后分别对一简单变电站和IEEERBTS测试系统中的bus6的一部分配电网络进行了仿真计算。 以求得的可靠性指标为基础,本文建立用户停电损失模型,该模型考虑了与停电频率有关的固定损失和与停电时间有关的停产损失。最后计算了四种不同接线结构的变电站分别对不同类用户供电时的成本与停电损失和IEEERBTS测试系统中的bus2所示的配电网采用不同的供电模式为用户供电时的成本与损失,结果验证了本文提出的供电模式选型方案的有效性。
[Abstract]:Under the power market mechanism, the power supply enterprises should not only satisfy the customers' requirements of power supply reliability, but also ensure the economy of power supply as much as possible. In fact, power supply reliability and economy are a pair of contradictions. It is difficult to guarantee the economy to satisfy the reliability of power supply simply by increasing the investment. In the same way, too limited investment will certainly reduce the reliability of power supply. Therefore, it is necessary to integrate economy and reliability into the study of power supply mode in the process of distribution system planning and transformation. Based on the analysis of reliability and economy of distribution system, this paper takes into account all kinds of fault modes of components and their combination modes when calculating the reliability index of distribution system. According to the difference between substation and distribution network structure in distribution system, a substation reliability evaluation algorithm based on basic minimum cut set is proposed. According to the topology of the substation, the algorithm forms a graph with the node as the node and the connection relationship between the components as the edge, and then forms the fault mode combination with the minimum cut set as the unit by the path search algorithm. Finally, the reliability index of substation is obtained. For distribution network, a distribution network reliability evaluation algorithm based on second order partition of switch element is proposed. First, the circuit breaker is used as the partitioning element to partition the distribution network, and then the first order partition is partitioned by the piecewise switch. Finally, fault mode consequence analysis method is used to traverse the fault of each partition and its influence on other partitions, and then the reliability index of each load point is calculated. Finally, a part of distribution network of bus6 in a simple substation and IEEERBTS test system is simulated. Based on the reliability index, this paper establishes a model of power failure loss for users, which takes into account the fixed loss related to the frequency of power outage and the stoppage loss related to the time of power outage. Finally, the cost and loss of power supply for four substations with different wiring structures are calculated, respectively, and the costs and losses of different power supply modes for the distribution network indicated by bus2 in the IEEERBTS test system are calculated respectively. The results verify the effectiveness of the power supply mode selection scheme proposed in this paper.
