除尘器在大型燃煤机组上的应用研究

【摘要】:减少火电机组的粉尘排放量是目前国家的重要国策,煤炭燃烧是我国粉尘污染的主要来源之一,选择什么型式的除尘器是燃煤电厂满足环保要求的重要问题。 静电除尘器一直在电力行业占据主导地位,随着滤袋技术的不断进步,布袋除尘器和电袋除尘器也成为很多电厂的选择方案。 近几年,环保要求不断提高,新标准《火电厂大气污染物排放标准》已经于2012年1月1日开始执行,按原标准设计的除尘器已不能满足新标准的要求,需要确定除尘器改造方案;同时,新建火电厂需要根据实际情况选择满足新标准的除尘器型式。 本论文对静电除尘器、布袋除尘器和电袋除尘器的结构型式、工作原理、技术特点等方面进行了调研和比较分析,了解了各型式除尘器的特点;通过现场调研实际运行效果,对各烟气除尘新技术在大型火电机组中的应用前景及适应范围进行了比较、分析、论证,提出了新技术应用的建议;通过对各种滤料性能的分析,提出了针对不同烟气情况,选用滤袋的推荐方案;通过对各种观点和实验结果的分析,对臭氧可能会对电袋除尘器滤袋产生不利影响的情况,提出了解决问题的推荐方案。 本论文分别以新建和改造电厂为研究对象,从技术特点、设备初投资、运行费用、安全可靠性、占地面积等方面对除尘器进行了综合效益的比较。通过比较,针对不同情况和燃用不同煤质的电厂,提出了除尘器选型的推荐方案。
[Abstract]:Reducing dust emission from thermal power units is an important national policy at present. Coal combustion is one of the main sources of dust pollution in China. What type of dust remover is an important problem for coal-fired power plants to meet the requirements of environmental protection. Electrostatic precipitator (ESP) has been playing a leading role in power industry. With the development of bag filter technology, bag filter and bag filter have become the choice of many power plants. In recent years, the requirements of environmental protection have been continuously raised. The new standard, the Standard for Atmospheric Pollutant Emission from Thermal Power plants, has been implemented since January 1, 2012, and the dust collector designed according to the original standard can no longer meet the requirements of the new standard. At the same time, the new thermal power plant needs to select the type of dust collector that meets the new standard according to the actual situation. This paper has carried on the investigation and the comparative analysis to the electrostatic precipitator, the cloth bag dust collector and the electric bag dust collector's structure type, the working principle, the technical characteristic and so on, has understood each type of dust collector's characteristic, through the field investigation actual operation effect, The application prospect and application range of the new flue gas dust removal technology in large thermal power units are compared, analyzed, demonstrated, and suggestions for the application of the new technology are put forward. Through the analysis of various viewpoints and experimental results, the paper puts forward a proposal to solve the problem by analyzing the adverse effect of ozone on the filter bag of the ESP. In this paper, the new power plant and the reconstruction of the power plant as the research object, from the technical characteristics, equipment initial investment, operating costs, safety and reliability, occupation area and other aspects of the comprehensive benefits of the dust collector comparison. Through comparison, the recommended scheme of type selection of dust collector is put forward for power plants with different conditions and different coal quality.
