考虑风电不确定性的电力系统碳排放流分析

【摘要】:提出了一种考虑风电注入功率不确定性对电力系统碳排放流影响的分析方法。首先,基于风电注入功率不确定性的随机直流潮流获取系统潮流,通过电力系统碳排放流与系统潮流之间的计算关系,获得决定风电出力的风速与系统总注入碳流率的关联函数。其次,采用有向通路算法获取系统节点—节点路径输出分布因子,在假定风电波动性由平衡机组承担的前提下,结合常规机组与系统节点和支路的关联矩阵计算模型,求取风电注入功率对其他节点和支路的平均影响因子,从而得到随机和间歇性风电功率注入下电力系统碳排放流的不确定特征。最后,以IEEE 14节点标准算例的分析结果说明了所述方法的正确性和有效性,并获得了风电注入功率不确定情况下对系统节点碳势的影响趋势,进而为定量评估风力发电对系统的低碳贡献提供了新的理论支持。
[Abstract]:An analysis method considering the uncertainty of wind power injection power on carbon emission flow in power system is proposed. Firstly, the stochastic DC power flow based on the uncertainty of wind power injection power is used to obtain the power flow of the power system, and the relationship between the carbon emission flow and the power flow of the power system is calculated. The correlation function between the wind speed which determines the wind output and the total injected carbon flow rate of the system is obtained. Secondly, the output distribution factor of node-node path is obtained by the directed path algorithm. Under the assumption that the wind power fluctuation is borne by the balanced unit, the model of the correlation matrix between the conventional unit and the node and branch of the system is combined. The average influence factors of wind power injection on other nodes and branches are obtained, and the uncertain characteristics of carbon emission flow in power system under random and intermittent wind power injection are obtained. Finally, the correctness and effectiveness of the proposed method are illustrated by the IEEE 14-bus standard example, and the influence trend of the proposed method on the carbon potential of the system nodes under the uncertain wind power injection power is obtained. It provides a new theoretical support for quantitative evaluation of the low carbon contribution of wind power generation to the system.
