配电网自动化技术在平谷地区的应用研究与方案设计

【摘要】:经济和社会建设推动了电力市场的发展,也推动了配电网自动化技术的发展,配电网的建设越来越受到重视。目前,配电网建设资金的短缺和配网自动化技术的落后导致电力事故发生频繁,这严重影响经济发的速度和人民的生活水平。随着电力技术的迅猛发展和电力市场化改革的进一步深化,配电网越来越成为制约电力行业发展的瓶颈问题,实现配电网自动化建设显得极其迫切。 本论文针对平谷供电公司配电网现状,依据平谷地区经济发展、网架结构、设备现状、负荷水平等的整体规划,充分阐述了在平谷地区建设配网自动化的必要性以及具体建设思路和方案。随着配网自动化的发展,建设合理的配电通信网络成为了关键,本文提出了EPON和WSN结合的混合通信建设方案,充分发挥了有线和无线通信的优点。通过对配网自动化的建设达到减少配网故障的发生,提高供电可靠性的目的,从而整体提升配网生产管理水平和客户服务质量的目的。
[Abstract]:Economic and social construction has promoted the development of power market and automation technology of distribution network, and more attention has been paid to the construction of distribution network. At present, the shortage of distribution network construction funds and the backwardness of distribution automation technology lead to frequent power accidents, which seriously affect the speed of economic development and the living standards of the people. With the rapid development of power technology and the further deepening of power market reform, distribution network has become a bottleneck problem that restricts the development of power industry. It is extremely urgent to realize the construction of distribution network automation. This paper aims at the distribution network status of Pinggu Power supply Company, according to the overall plan of Pinggu economic development, network structure, equipment status, load level, etc. The necessity of constructing distribution network automation in Pinggu area and the concrete construction ideas and schemes are fully expounded. With the development of distribution automation, the construction of rational distribution communication network has become the key. In this paper, a hybrid communication scheme combining EPON and WSN is proposed to give full play to the advantages of wired and wireless communications. Through the construction of distribution network automation, the purpose of reducing the occurrence of distribution network faults, improving the reliability of power supply, and improving the production management level and customer service quality of distribution network as a whole is achieved.
