基于地电波原理的开关柜局部放电检测与定位系统研究

【摘要】:局部放电检测是及早发现电力设备的绝缘隐患的重要手段。对于开关柜和气体绝缘开关(GIS)等金属封闭式的电力设备,国内的电力公司通常采用超声波检测法与地电波检测法对其进行巡检。超声波检测法的技术原理较为简单,其原理已被深入研究,国内外已有基于超声波原理的成熟的产品,而基于地电波原理的局部放电检测技术被该技术的发明企业EA Technology所垄断。 人们对于地电波检测技术的研究多是在技术运用与数据挖掘等方面进行的,对于地电波检测方法的原理与基于地电波原理的检测系统研制,仍有较多的难点有待解决,如:地电波传感器的检测原理、地电波定位技术的原理、暂态对地电压(TEV)的产生机理等。 本文将对地电波检测技术的原理和地电波定位技术的原理进行深入研究,并设计出一个基于地电波原理的开关柜局部放电检测装置。首先,,本文运用电磁场与电磁波的相关理论知识进行地电波检测原理的研究,本文从局放电磁信号的产生机理、局放电磁波的折射与反射过程以及局放电磁波在开关柜金属外壁的衰减过程三方面着手进行研究,给出了地电波的表达式和暂态地电压信号的表达式,然后,本文对地电波在金属表面产生暂态对地电压的原理进行电磁场仿真,研究TEV的衰减规律和地电波信号的特征,此外,课题对地电波定位技术进行了深入研究,运用软件XFDTD进行定位过程模拟和分析,最后,本课题将设计出一个地电波检测系统,并将其运用于广州供电局的开关柜的局放检测,现场测试的结果表明本文设计的设备具有良好的性能。
[Abstract]:Partial discharge (PD) detection is an important means to detect insulation hidden danger of electric power equipment as early as possible. For metal enclosed power equipment such as switchgear and gas insulated switch (GIS), domestic power companies usually use ultrasonic detection method and ground wave detection method to inspect them. The principle of ultrasonic detection is relatively simple, and its principle has been deeply studied. There are mature products based on ultrasonic theory at home and abroad, while the partial discharge detection technology based on ground wave principle is monopolized by EA Technology, the invention enterprise of this technology. The research of ground wave detection technology is mostly carried out in the aspects of technology application and data mining. There are still many difficulties to be solved for the principle of ground wave detection method and the development of detection system based on ground wave theory. For example, the detection principle of ground wave sensor, the principle of ground wave localization technology, the generation mechanism of transient (TEV) to ground voltage, etc. In this paper, the principle of ground wave detection technology and the principle of ground wave positioning technology are studied in depth, and a switchgear partial discharge detection device based on ground wave principle is designed. First of all, based on the theory of electromagnetic field and electromagnetic wave, the principle of ground wave detection is studied, and the generation mechanism of partial discharge electromagnetic signal is discussed in this paper. The refraction and reflection process of partial discharge electromagnetic wave and the attenuation process of partial discharge electromagnetic wave in metal outer wall of switchgear are studied. The expressions of ground wave and transient ground voltage signal are given. In this paper, the principle of ground wave transient voltage on metal surface is simulated, and the attenuation law of TEV and the characteristics of ground wave signal are studied. In addition, the technology of ground wave localization is deeply studied. The software XFDTD is used to simulate and analyze the positioning process. Finally, a ground wave detection system is designed and applied to the local discharge detection of the switchgear of Guangzhou Power supply Bureau. Field test results show that the equipment designed in this paper has good performance.
