基于LED路灯透镜设计的自由曲面算法研究

【摘要】:在LED照明问题中,如何根据照度分布要求来设计出能够实现它的自由曲面面型一直是一个非常重要的问题。现有的关于自由曲面的设计方法主要有数学设计方法,几何设计方法以及优化设计方法。自由曲面设计方法的研究在国内尽管起步较晚,但引起了国内学者们极大的学术热情,其中也涌现出了许多非常出色的设计方法。然而,由于出于商业保密的原因,一些效果出色的算法未有公开,不能普及于工业届的应用。由于本课题结合一个具体的应用需求,且最终目的是要搭建能够实现自动化或半自动化的自由曲面设计平台,故此,本文的主要工作将分为两大部分。其一,本文将主要着眼于自由曲面优化设计方法的研究,以此保证曲面的可加工性。其二,整个优化流程的编写,以此保证非专业人士经简单培训后亦可使用。论文首先介绍了自由曲面设计算法的研究意义和国内外现状,其中,对与基于经纬划分的自由曲面设计方法和龙格库塔方法进行了细致的介绍,并给出了设计实例。接着阐述了自由曲面的表述方式。然而,本论文的主要内容并不着重于研究自由曲面在软件中的表述方式。而是结合公司的合作项目要求提出了基于照度反馈的优化设计算法以及基于最优化方法的自由曲面优化设计算法。大致的思路与算法流程图在第4章中有详细的叙述。在每一节的末尾处,根据所提出的优化算法,设计了一种均匀照明的LED路灯透镜。在分析总结之前的工作之后,在第五章中,又提出了新的优化算法。需要说明的是,首先,由于自由曲面在二次开发平台中的表述问题,本论文的后半段工作更换到了其他软件中去。其二,为了能够使设计过程更为灵活,优化算法每次反馈过程中自由曲面的计算方法由原本的基于经纬划分的自由曲面构造方法改为龙格-库塔设计方法。同样,在第五章的结尾处,给出了设计实例。并对该实例的结果进行了分析。最后,是对课题的总结和展望。
[Abstract]:In the problem of LED illumination, how to design the surface of free-form surface according to the illumination distribution is always a very important problem. The existing design methods of free-form surface mainly include mathematical design method, geometric design method and optimization design method. Although the research of freeform surface design has started late in China, it has aroused great academic enthusiasm of domestic scholars, among which many excellent design methods have emerged. However, due to commercial secrecy, some outstanding algorithms are not publicly available and cannot be popularized in industrial applications. Because this subject combines a specific application requirement, and the ultimate aim is to build a freeform surface design platform which can realize automation or semi-automation, the main work of this paper will be divided into two parts. Firstly, this paper focuses on the optimization design of free-form surfaces to ensure the machinability of surfaces. Second, the whole optimization process to ensure that lay-professionals after simple training can be used. Firstly, this paper introduces the research significance of free-form surface design algorithm and the present situation at home and abroad. Among them, the free-form surface design method based on longitude and weft division and Runge-Kutta method are introduced in detail, and the design examples are given. Then the representation of free form surface is described. However, the main content of this paper does not focus on the expression of free surface in software. An optimal design algorithm based on illumination feedback and an algorithm for optimal design of free form surface based on optimization method are proposed according to the requirements of the company's cooperation project. The general idea and algorithm flow chart are described in detail in Chapter 4. At the end of each section, according to the proposed optimization algorithm, a uniform illumination LED street lamp lens is designed. After analyzing and summarizing the previous work, a new optimization algorithm is proposed in chapter 5. First of all due to the representation of freeform surfaces in the Quadric Development platform the work in the second half of this paper is replaced by other software. Secondly, in order to make the design process more flexible, the calculation method of free surface is changed from the original method based on longitude and latitude partition to the Runge-Kutta design method in each feedback process of the optimization algorithm. Similarly, at the end of chapter 5, an example is given. The results of this example are analyzed. Finally, it is the summary and prospect of the subject.
