工业用户电力能效移动监测平台设计

【摘要】:能源浪费是当今世界面临的严峻问题,对能源消费信息进行统计对于节能减排具有重大意义。由于人工抄表等能源消费信息统计手段效率低下,如何设计一个高效的能效管理平台就成了迫切需要解决的问题。本文通过工业用户电力能效监测的需求分析,针对现有能耗监测系统部署成本高、系统管理自动化程度不高等缺点,以提高工业用户电力能效信息的监测效率、降低系统的部署成本为目标,从组网方案、网络管理、系统控制等方面进行了研究,结合工业无线网(WIA)技术、TD-LTE技术以及其他平台架构方案等,分析了WIA本地无线采集传感网的组网问题,进行了车载平台的硬件设计、软件设计,形成了工业用户电力能效移动监测平台的设计方案。本文首先对系统进行了总体设计,对系统的功能进行了定义,并提出了系统架构方案。随后本文分别对系统的WIA无线采集网和车在控制平台进行了设计。WIA采集网的设计包括WIA网络结构的设计、WIA网络协议栈模型的设计以及WIA路由控制协议设计。通过对WIA网络的具体设计,实现了现场数据采集的自动化与信息化。车载平台的设计包括车载指挥调度系统设计以及能效监测软件设计。车载调度系统的设计,实现了现场音频、视频调度指挥的整合,能效监测软件的设计实现了能效信息的统计分析结果展示。通过对工业用户电力能效移动监测平台的设计,为其它能效管理平台的设计提供参考。
[Abstract]:Energy waste is a severe problem facing the world today. Statistics of energy consumption information is of great significance for energy saving and emission reduction. Because of the low efficiency of energy consumption information statistical means such as manual meter reading, how to design an efficient energy efficiency management platform has become an urgent problem to be solved. Based on the demand analysis of energy efficiency monitoring for industrial users, this paper aims at the shortcomings of the existing energy consumption monitoring system, such as high deployment cost and low degree of automation in system management, in order to improve the monitoring efficiency of energy efficiency information of industrial users. In order to reduce the cost of system deployment, the network scheme, network management, system control and other aspects are studied, including industrial wireless network (WIA) technology, TD-LTE technology and other platform architecture, etc. This paper analyzes the networking problem of WIA local wireless acquisition sensor network, designs the hardware and software of the on-board platform, and forms the design scheme of the mobile monitoring platform for power energy efficiency of industrial users. Firstly, the system is designed, the function of the system is defined, and the architecture of the system is proposed. Then the WIA wireless acquisition network and the vehicle control platform are designed respectively. The design of the WIA acquisition network includes the design of the WIA network structure, the design of the WIA network protocol stack model and the design of the WIA routing control protocol. Through the specific design of WIA network, the automation and information of field data collection are realized. The design of vehicle platform includes the design of vehicle command and dispatch system and the design of energy efficiency monitoring software. The design of vehicle scheduling system realizes the integration of audio and video dispatch and command on the spot, and the design of energy efficiency monitoring software realizes the display of statistical analysis results of energy efficiency information. Through the design of the mobile monitoring platform for energy efficiency of industrial users, it provides a reference for the design of other energy efficiency management platforms.
