碳纤维复合芯导线在天津电网应用

【摘要】:目前,天津电网主干网架线路导线选型时基本全部采用钢芯铝绞线。随着天津经济社会的发展,电力需求不断增加,电网建设规模也在扩大,而空间资源和土地资源则日益稀缺。为提高线路传输容量,节约社会资源,本文提出输电线路应用一种新型导线-碳纤维复合芯导线的设想。通过对碳纤维复合芯导线的材料、结构、性能进行分析,介绍碳纤维复合芯导线的特点:重量轻、强度高、弛度小、载流量大、耐腐蚀等。然后论文从天津电网现状入手,通过对未来电网的发展和电力需求情况进行分析,研究500kV和220kV两个电压等级,考虑到天津主干网架可能出现的结构,分析现在的导线选型原则是否适用。对未来需要提高输送容量的线路,,本着建设资源节约型、环境友好型电网的要求,提出碳纤维复合芯导线的应用可能。通过工程应用实例,介绍碳纤维复合芯导线的具体应用情况,通过对碳纤维复合芯导线与传统导线和耐热铝合金导线进行技术经济对比,进一步验证了碳纤维复合芯导线的优良特性。最后对碳纤维复合芯导线出现的故障案例进行分析,提出碳纤维复合芯导线应用中需要注意的问题。
[Abstract]:At present, steel core aluminum strands are used in Tianjin power grid backbone wire selection. With the development of economy and society in Tianjin, the demand for electricity is increasing, the scale of power grid construction is also expanding, and the space resources and land resources are increasingly scarce. In order to improve the transmission capacity of transmission lines and save social resources, a new type of traverse with carbon fiber composite core conductors for transmission lines is proposed in this paper. By analyzing the material, structure and performance of carbon fiber composite conductor, the characteristics of carbon fiber composite core conductor are introduced, such as light weight, high strength, low relaxation degree, large load capacity, corrosion resistance and so on. Then, starting with the current situation of Tianjin power grid, through the analysis of the future power grid development and power demand, the paper studies the 500kV and 220kV voltage levels, considering the possible structure of Tianjin backbone network frame. Analysis of the current principles of conductor selection is applicable. According to the requirements of constructing resource-saving and environment-friendly power grids, the application of carbon fiber composite core conductors is put forward for the lines which need to increase the transmission capacity in the future. This paper introduces the concrete application of carbon fiber composite core wire through engineering application, and compares the carbon fiber composite core wire with traditional wire and heat-resistant aluminum alloy conductor technically and economically. The excellent properties of carbon fiber composite conductor are further verified. Finally, the failure cases of carbon fiber composite conductor are analyzed, and the problems needing attention in the application of carbon fiber composite core conductor are put forward.
