支柱绝缘子机械性能研究

【摘要】:支柱绝缘子在变电设备中起着电气绝缘和机械支撑的重要作用,运行中需要满足电气绝缘性能和机械性能两方面的要求。支柱绝缘子的安全可靠与否对电网安全、经济、稳定运行至关重要。由于支柱绝缘子的质量、运行、检修、检测手段及水平的差异,常常发现不了设备的缺陷和隐患,从而导致支柱绝缘子损坏而发生断裂。高压支柱绝缘子的断裂往往容易造成设备的损坏甚至人身伤害事故,严重影响电网的安全稳定运行。本文主要通过开展釉面电蚀试验、冷热温度循环试验、机械破坏负荷试验、孔隙性试验、微观分析试验等大量试验研究工作,对导致支柱绝缘子机械性能下降的内、外部因素进行了详细剖析,分析支柱绝缘子断裂机理,继而提出影响电瓷绝缘子机械性能的主要因素,为指导支柱绝缘子生产、运行、维护提供指导。
[Abstract]:Pillar insulators play an important role in electrical insulation and mechanical support in substation equipment. It is necessary to meet the requirements of both electrical insulation and mechanical properties in operation. The safety and reliability of pillar insulator is very important to the security, economy and stability of power grid. Because of the difference of the quality, operation, maintenance, inspection and level of the pillar insulator, the defects and hidden trouble of the equipment can not be found, which leads to the breakage of the pillar insulator. The breakage of high-voltage support insulators often results in equipment damage and even personal injury accident, which seriously affects the safe and stable operation of power grid. In this paper, a large number of experiments are carried out, such as glaze electric corrosion test, cold and hot temperature cycle test, mechanical failure load test, porosity test, microanalysis test, and so on, which can lead to the deterioration of the mechanical properties of the pillar insulators. The external factors are analyzed in detail and the fracture mechanism of the pillar insulators is analyzed. Then the main factors affecting the mechanical properties of the electric porcelain insulators are put forward to provide guidance for guiding the production operation and maintenance of the pillar insulators.
