音圈电机闭环控制系统

【摘要】:音圈电机属于直线电机的一种,在工程应用中具有诸多优点,在精密定位系统中得到了广泛的应用。本文针对音圈电机的闭环控制展开讨论,设计一款高性能的音圈电机闭环控制系统,使其能够适用于复杂的高精度位置定位设备,并能够根据设备的技术要求和指标做出自适应的调整,满足实际应用要求。 首先,文章对主要的研究对象音圈电机展开讨论,介绍了音圈电机的力学模型和电学模型,针对位置传感器同样做了深入的研究,分析了差动变压器的数学模型和传递函数,阐述了差动变压器式位置传感器的工作原理。 其次,对音圈电机的控制策略做了深入的探讨,分析了音圈电机的位置环控制方法、电流环控制方法和速度环控制方法,并分别给出了控制框图和传递函数。 第三,介绍了音圈电机的驱动策略,针对PWM控制进行了深入的讨论,给出了PWM驱动方法的传递函数和电流计算方法,介绍了一款典型音圈电机驱动器DRV201A,针对差动变压器的处理电路进行了重点设计。 最后,将各个部分组合到一起,介绍了音圈电机闭环控制系统的软硬件实施方案。
[Abstract]:Voice coil motor is a kind of linear motor which has many advantages in engineering application and has been widely used in precision positioning system. In this paper, the closed loop control of voice coil motor is discussed, and a high performance closed loop control system of voice coil motor is designed. And according to the technical requirements and indicators of the equipment to make adaptive adjustment to meet the requirements of practical applications. First of all, this paper discusses the main research object, voice coil motor, introduces the mechanical model and electrical model of the voice coil motor, studies the position sensor also, and analyzes the mathematical model and transfer function of the differential transformer. The working principle of differential transformer position sensor is described. Secondly, the control strategy of voice coil motor is deeply discussed. The position loop control method, current loop control method and speed loop control method are analyzed, and the control block diagram and transfer function are given respectively. Thirdly, the driving strategy of voice coil motor is introduced, the PWM control is discussed in depth, the transfer function and current calculation method of PWM driving method are given, and a typical voice coil motor driver DRV201A, is introduced. The processing circuit of differential transformer is designed emphatically. Finally, the hardware and software implementation of the closed loop control system of voice coil motor is introduced.
