并列运行变压器不满足并列条件事故的分析与预防

【摘要】:拟并列运行变压器线端之间电压异常,不符合并列投运条件的现象时有发生,为快速分析确定变压器并列运行前不满足并列条件的原因,开展本课题的研究。利用变压器电气接线原理图和变压器励磁后三相铁心柱的磁通分布规律,来分析拟并列运行变压器不同线端之间的电压矢量关系,可指导变压器并列运行工程现场和变压器制造企业技术人员快速分析不满足并列条件的原因,在变压器生产过程和变压器安装工程中提前采取相应的预防措施。本文开展的工作内容有:1.利用变压器电气接线原理图、绕组电势矢量图和三相铁心磁路分布图,研究了常用联结组标号变压器并列运行时,在不满足并列运行条件下并列运行变压器不同线端之间电压矢量关系的变化。较详细地分析了拟并列运行变压器并列运行前因电力线路安装时或变压器生产过程中引起的变压器电源进线侧或负荷侧接线错误、变压器接入电源缺相或输出端缺相及变压器联结组标号不一致时,并列运行变压器不同线端之间电压矢量关系的变化。并对变压器分接开关档位不一致、变压器制造过程中出现的线端引线接线错误或技术资料明示的联结组标号标识错误等各种原因引起的并列运行变压器不同线端之间的电压矢量关系作了简要介绍。2.分析了变压器制造企业工序生产、工序检验、成品试验和成品检验过程中,可能出现并影响变压器并列运行条件的原因,并提出了相应的预防措施。3.分析了变压器安装现场交接验收、变压器并列运行一次和二次线路安装工程中,可能出现并影响变压器并列运行条件的原因,并提出了相应的预防措施。4.本文系统地分析了拟并列运行变压器在不满足并列运行条件下不同线端之间的电压矢量关系,分析了在变压器生产过程和安装工程中可能引发不满足并列条件的原因,并提出了相应的预防措施。研究成果可为并列运行变压器安装、维护检修和变压器制造企业技术人员快速分析事故原因,提前采取相应的预防措施等工程实际问题提供参考。
[Abstract]:The phenomenon of abnormal voltage between the terminals of quasi-parallel operation transformers, which does not conform to the condition of parallel operation, occurs from time to time. In order to quickly analyze and determine the reasons why the parallel conditions of transformers do not meet the parallel conditions before parallel operation of transformers, the research of this subject is carried out. Based on the principle diagram of transformer electrical connection and the distribution rule of magnetic flux of three-phase core post after transformer excitation, the voltage vector relationship between different line ends of quasi-parallel operation transformer is analyzed. It can guide the technical personnel of transformer parallel operation project and transformer manufacturing enterprise to quickly analyze the reasons why the parallel conditions are not satisfied, and take corresponding preventive measures in advance in transformer production process and transformer installation project. The contents of this paper are as follows: 1. Based on the principle diagram of transformer electrical connection, the vector diagram of winding EMF and the distribution diagram of three-phase core magnetic circuit, this paper studies the parallel operation of commonly used coupling-group label transformers. The variation of voltage vector relationship between different line terminals of parallel operation transformer without satisfying parallel operation condition. This paper analyzes in detail the errors in connection of power line side or load side of transformer power supply caused by installation of power line or production of transformer before parallel operation of quasi-parallel operation transformer. When the transformer is connected to the power source or the output terminal is short of phase and the number of the transformer connection group is inconsistent, the variation of the voltage vector relationship between the different line ends of the transformer is run side by side. And the transformer tap switch gear position is not consistent, The relationship of voltage vector between different terminals of parallel operating transformers caused by wire end lead wiring errors or technical data explicit connection group labeling errors caused by transformer manufacturing process is briefly introduced. 2. This paper analyzes on the reasons that may appear and affect the parallel operation conditions of transformers in the process of production, inspection, test of finished products and inspection of finished products in transformer manufacturing enterprises, and puts forward the corresponding preventive measures. This paper analyzes on the reasons that may appear and affect the condition of transformer parallel operation in the field of transformer installation and acceptance, the primary and secondary line installation engineering in parallel operation of transformer, and puts forward the corresponding preventive measures. This paper systematically analyzes the voltage vector relationship between different line terminals of quasi-parallel operation transformers under unsatisfied parallel operation conditions, and analyzes the reasons that may lead to unsatisfied parallel conditions in transformer production process and installation engineering. The corresponding preventive measures are put forward. The research results can provide a reference for the practical engineering problems such as the installation of parallel operation transformer maintenance and repair and the rapid analysis of accident causes by technicians in transformer manufacturing enterprises and the adoption of corresponding preventive measures in advance.
