基于LabVIEW的微电网信息平台研究与开发

【摘要】:随着全球能源短缺问题以及常规能源消耗所引发的环境问题日益严重,世界各国开始加快对利用新能源的研究步伐。微电网作为未来电力系统的有机组成部分,在提高电力系统的安全性和可靠性以及缓解能源短缺、抑制环境继续恶化等方面发挥着重要的作用。相对于大电网而言,微电网是一种有效的可控单元,以可再生能源、清洁能源等为生产资料,分为独立运行和并网运行两种运行模式,能够有效的提高供电可靠性与安全性,有利于提高电网企业的服务水平,,是未来电力系统发展的重要方向之一,同时也是利用可再生能源、清洁能源等的重要手段之一。 微电网信息平台在微电网技术领域占据重要的地位,应具备微电网电能质量参数据采集、信息处理与判断等功能。本文通过研究分析国内外的有关于微电网的文献资料,结合微电网的发展现状和有关的工程实践背景,构建了典型的微电网系统模型,在其基础上研究并分析了我国微电网电能质量的标准与内容。以LabVIEW为软件平台,以NI USB6210数据采集卡与S7-200等为硬件基础,对微电网与公共电网的公共连接点处的电能质量参数进行监测,对微电网内部的光伏发电、风力发电、储能设备等的关键参数进行监测与可靠的控制,建立起人机交互界面,构建了一种微电网信息平台,该平台为微电网领域的从业人员提供了详实的电能质量数据,为微电网安全可靠的孤网、并网运行提供了科学的参考依据。最后对这一平台的应用做了市场前景分析,该平台具有现实的工程实践意义、良好的经济效益和环境效益。
[Abstract]:With the problem of global energy shortage and environmental problems caused by conventional energy consumption, countries around the world began to speed up the pace of research on the use of new energy. As an organic part of the future power system, microgrid plays an important role in improving the security and reliability of power system, alleviating the energy shortage and restraining the environmental deterioration. Compared with large power grid, microgrid is an effective controllable unit. With renewable energy and clean energy as the means of production, it can be divided into two operation modes: independent operation and grid-connected operation, which can effectively improve the reliability and security of power supply. In order to improve the service level of power grid enterprises, it is one of the important directions of power system development in the future, but also one of the important means of utilizing renewable energy, clean energy and so on. Microgrid information platform plays an important role in the field of microgrid technology, and it should have the functions of data acquisition, information processing and judgment. Based on the research and analysis of domestic and international literature on microgrid, combined with the development of microgrid and related engineering background, a typical microgrid system model is constructed. On the basis of it, the standard and content of power quality of microgrid in China are studied and analyzed. On the basis of LabVIEW software platform and NI USB6210 data acquisition card and S7-200, the parameters of power quality at the public connection point between microgrid and public grid are monitored, and the photovoltaic generation and wind power generation inside the micro-grid are analyzed. The key parameters of energy storage equipment are monitored and controlled reliably, the man-machine interface is established, and a microgrid information platform is constructed. The platform provides detailed power quality data for employees in the field of microgrid. It provides a scientific reference for the safe and reliable isolated network and operation of the microgrid. Finally, the market prospect of the platform is analyzed. The platform has practical significance, good economic and environmental benefits.
