城市电网结构坚强性评价的指标体系和方法

【摘要】：城市电网结构坚强性可以描述为城市电网承受各种扰动而保持系统稳定的能力,属于广义电力系统安全性范畴。该文在分析结构坚强性评估与现有电网安全性评估方法异同的基础上,提出一套全新的电网结构坚强性评价指标体系。该体系统筹考虑电网结构的宏微观特性,涵盖拓扑结构量和运行状态量两大指标簇,并运用标准离差率对指标分布均匀性进行分析,实现对整个城市电网结构坚强性的综合评估。通过华东某地区城市电网算例分析表明,提出的指标体系合理有效,为城市电网安全性评估提供一个新的角度。
[Abstract]:The stability of urban power system structure can be described as the ability of urban power network to withstand all kinds of disturbances and maintain the stability of the system, which belongs to the security category of generalized power system. On the basis of analyzing the similarities and differences between the structural robustness evaluation and the existing power grid security assessment methods, this paper proposes a new evaluation index system for the structural robustness of the power network. The system takes into account the macro and micro characteristics of power network structure as a whole, including topological structure and operation state, and analyzes the distribution uniformity of the index by using the standard deviation rate. To realize the comprehensive evaluation of the structure of the whole urban power grid. An example of urban power network in East China shows that the proposed index system is reasonable and effective, which provides a new angle for the safety evaluation of urban power network.
