BSNBT系微波陶瓷性能研究

【摘要】:通过XRD、SEM等技术对Ba4[Sm1-x(Nd0.8Bi0.2)x]28/3Ti18O54(BSNBT,x=0.15~0.9)系陶瓷的结构组成、显微形貌、烧结温度及介电性能进行综合表征和研究。当x=0.45时,在1 320℃烧结获得了高介电常数、高品质因数及近似零谐振频率温度系数的最优微波性能:εr=90.22,Q×f=7 192GHz,τf=-1.39μ℃-1。随着x增大,即Ba(Nd,Bi)2Ti4O12(BNBT)相增加,陶瓷烧结温度从1 450℃降低到1 300℃,烧结特性也随之改善并得到实际应用。
