一种单相远程智能电表的设计与实现

【摘要】:电能表是智能电网建设的计量终端产品,而智能电表是目前电表行业发展的重要业务。按照目前新标准对单相智能电能表的功能和性能要求,我们采用炬泉公司生产的高精度计量芯片ATT7053BU,设计了一种新型单相远程智能电表,该电表不但具备高精度的计量功能,还具有数据采集、远程控制、停电检测、双向通讯、实时监测等多种功能,通过与集抄系统的连接,实现对用户需求侧的管理操作。采用RS485通讯方式,通过专用的通讯线路实现对电能表的远程控制。本文详细介绍了智能电表的主要功能和性能,并对硬件设计、软件设计以及系统实验做了说明。该电能表以数字电路技术为基础,以单片机为核心,采用集成模块化设计的方式设计硬件电路和系统软件,从而实现了一种单相远程智能电表。整个电路系统采用包括以计量部分、电源部分、时钟部分、存储器部分、RS485通信部分、红外通信部分、显示部分等多种电气模块连接而成。各个模块功能独立,而又接口统一,为实现不同功能组合和调用提供了便利。本文重点介绍电压采样电路、电流采样电路、电源模块、通讯模块、时钟和存储模块等关键模块,搭配时钟功能、存储功能、红外通信功能、RS485通讯功能、用电异常检测功能、通断电控制功能、液晶显示功能、按键功能、安全认证功能等多种模块相结合,实现智能电表功能输出要求,同时在硬件设计过程结合电能表性能要求指标,满足用户需求。
[Abstract]:Watt-hour meter (Watt-hour Meter) is the terminal product of smart grid construction, and it is an important business in the development of ammeter industry. According to the function and performance requirements of the new standard for single-phase intelligent watt-hour meter, we have designed a new single-phase remote intelligent meter with high precision metering chip ATT7053BU, which not only has high precision metering function. It also has many functions, such as data acquisition, remote control, outage detection, two-way communication, real-time monitoring and so on. Through the connection with the centralized reading system, the management operation on the user's demand side is realized. The remote control of the watt-hour meter is realized by using the RS485 communication mode and the special communication circuit. This paper introduces the main function and performance of intelligent ammeter in detail, and explains the hardware design, software design and system experiment. This watt-hour meter is based on the digital circuit technology, the single chip microcomputer is the core, the hardware circuit and the system software are designed by the way of integrated modularization design, thus a single-phase remote intelligent meter is realized. The whole circuit system is connected by a variety of electrical modules, including metering part, power supply part, clock part, memory part, RS485 communication part, infrared communication part, display part and so on. The function of each module is independent and the interface is unified, which provides convenience for different function combination and call. This paper introduces the key modules such as voltage sampling circuit, current sampling circuit, power supply module, communication module, clock and storage module, and so on. The key modules include clock function, storage function, infrared communication function, RS485 communication function, electric anomaly detection function, etc. The functions of power off control, LCD display, keystroke, safety authentication and so on are combined to realize the function output of intelligent ammeter. At the same time, in the process of hardware design, the performance requirements of watt-hour meter are combined to meet the needs of users.
