无轴承异步电机动不平衡振动补偿控制

【摘要】:针对无轴承异步电机由质量偏心引起不平衡振动问题,提出了一种基于前馈控制的无轴承异步电机动不平衡振动补偿控制方案。文中分析了无轴承异步电机由质量偏心引起不平衡振动的机理,推导了无轴承异步电机径向位移环仅采用PID控制时转子的运动学方程,从而说明了仅采用PID控制无法消除由动不平衡引起的周期性振动。在此基础上,提出了一种基于前馈闭环补偿的无轴承异步电机动不平衡补偿控制方案。最后,搭建了无轴承异步电机实验平台。实验结果表明,所提出的补偿方案很好地抑制了无轴承异步电机中的不平衡振动,取得了较好的动态悬浮控制效果。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the problem of unbalanced vibration caused by mass eccentricity of bearingless asynchronous motor, a novel control scheme based on feedforward control for unbalanced vibration of bearingless asynchronous motor is proposed. In this paper, the mechanism of unbalanced vibration caused by mass eccentricity of bearingless induction motor is analyzed. The kinematics equation of the rotor is derived when the radial displacement ring of bearingless asynchronous motor is controlled only by PID. It shows that the periodic vibration caused by dynamic imbalance can not be eliminated by using PID control alone. On this basis, a novel control scheme based on feedforward closed-loop compensation for bearingless asynchronous motor imbalance compensation is proposed. Finally, the experimental platform of bearingless asynchronous motor is built. The experimental results show that the proposed compensation scheme can effectively suppress the unbalanced vibration of bearingless asynchronous motor and achieve a better dynamic suspension control effect.
