通用变频器调速系统关键技术研究

【摘要】:当前,变频调速技术的应用越来越广泛,特别是采用V/F控制的异步电机通用变频调速系统,广泛应用于国民生活的各个领域。但是传统的调速系统存在电流波形正弦度低、电机噪声大、轻载电流波形易振荡等问题,因此研究通用变频器调速系统的关键技术对工业发展具有重要的现实意义。 本次论文对通用变频器调速系统的几项关键技术进行了理论研究和应用,主要包括以下内容: 第一部分介绍了课题研究的背景和意义,分析了变频器的国内外研究现状和未来的发展趋势,阐述了课题来源、意义和主要内容。 第二部分首先介绍通用变频器的基本理论,重点分析了变频调速的工作原理,最后给出通用变频器的结构介绍。 第三部分研究电压空间矢量PWM调制技术,重点从谐波注入的角度分析不同的调制方式,研究了多种调制方式的实现和计算方法,给出软件实现方案。进行Matlab仿真,并在实际平台上进行验证。 第四部分研究了变频器的死区补偿技术,分析了死区产生的原因和对系统的影响,重点研究了基于合成电流矢量空间位置的软件补偿方法和基于相电压检测的软硬件结合补偿方法,提出补偿实现方法,在实际平台上进行验证。 第五部分研究了异步电机的噪声抑制和振荡抑制技术,对随机PWM技术的理论基础和实现方法进行了介绍,重点分析和设计了随机开关频率的随机PWM技术;分析异步电机低频轻载振荡的原因,重点研究了基于无功电流稳定的电压补偿方案。对提出的方法在实际平台上进行了验证。
[Abstract]:At present, the frequency conversion speed regulation technology is more and more widely used, especially the general frequency control system of asynchronous motor controlled by V / F, widely used in every field of Yu Guomin's life. But the traditional speed regulation system has some problems, such as low sinusoidal current waveform, large noise of motor, easy oscillation of light load current waveform, etc. Therefore, it is of great practical significance to study the key technology of general frequency converter speed regulation system. This paper has carried on the theory research and the application to several key technologies of the universal frequency converter speed regulation system, mainly includes the following contents: the first part has introduced the research background and the significance, This paper analyzes the present research situation and future development trend of inverter at home and abroad, and expounds the source, significance and main contents of the subject. In the second part, the basic theory of general frequency converter is introduced, and the working principle of frequency conversion speed regulation is analyzed. Finally, the structure of general frequency converter is introduced. In the third part, the voltage space vector PWM modulation technology is studied, the different modulation methods are analyzed from the angle of harmonic injection, the realization and calculation methods of various modulation methods are studied, and the software implementation scheme is given. Matlab simulation is carried out and verified on the actual platform. In the fourth part, the dead-time compensation technology of inverter is studied, and the cause of dead-time and its influence on the system are analyzed. The software compensation method based on synthetic current vector space position and the software / hardware compensation method based on phase voltage detection are studied emphatically. The compensation realization method is proposed and verified on the actual platform. In the fifth part, the noise suppression and oscillation suppression techniques of asynchronous motor are studied. The theoretical basis and implementation method of stochastic PWM technology are introduced, and the random PWM technology with random switching frequency is analyzed and designed. The reason of low frequency and light load oscillation of asynchronous motor is analyzed, and the voltage compensation scheme based on reactive current stability is studied. The proposed method is verified on the actual platform.
