电力变压器油相色谱在线监测技术的应用研究

【摘要】:基于油中溶解气体的色谱分析是监测变压器内部故障的重要方法。随着目前国家电网的迅猛发展,此项技术也在不断改进,色谱分析的在线监测方法的研究也越来越受到关注。变压器在线监测已经越来越为人们所重视,在线监测的准确率将逐渐提高,并将完全取代定期巡检。这不仅能在经济上减少变压器定期检修及事故维修的费用,而且能够保证电网安全运行的可靠性。实行变压器在线监测是变压器检测的必然趋势,也将进一步推动变电站自动化程度的提高。本文在总结近年国内相关研究现状的基础上,研究分析绝缘油中气体产生机理、气体种类与变压器故障类型的关系,分析目前广泛应用的常规监测方法的不足及其产生原因;研究变压器油中气体色谱分析在线监测原理,研究可行性及稳定性和精确度;探索并提出一种基于分布式传感器技术,适应于北京电网智能站现状的油色谱在线监测系统,将气相色谱监测与变压器故障监测及控制方式进行了有效结合,并在变电站中进行实际应用;对应用效果进行评价,并根据评价结果对油浸变压器油色谱在线监测装置的功能进行完善。本文最后结合SFSZ型变压器阐述了设计的变压器油气在线色谱监测的分布式传感器控制系统,并结合北京某地区变压器说明其性能,通过数据表明所提方法的有效性。
[Abstract]:Chromatographic analysis based on dissolved gas in oil is an important method to monitor transformer internal faults. With the rapid development of the State Grid, this technology has been continuously improved, and the on-line monitoring method of chromatographic analysis has been paid more and more attention. Transformer on-line monitoring has been paid more and more attention, the accuracy of on-line monitoring will be improved gradually, and will completely replace regular inspection. This can not only reduce the cost of regular maintenance and accident maintenance of transformers, but also ensure the reliability of the safe operation of power network. On-line transformer monitoring is an inevitable trend of transformer detection and will further promote substation automation. On the basis of summarizing the current situation of domestic research in recent years, this paper studies and analyzes the mechanism of gas generation in insulating oil, the relationship between gas types and transformer fault types, and analyzes the shortcomings and causes of the conventional monitoring methods that are widely used at present. The principle, feasibility, stability and accuracy of on-line monitoring of gas chromatographic analysis in transformer oil are studied. An oil chromatographic on-line monitoring system, which is based on distributed sensor technology and adapted to the current situation of smart station of Beijing Power Grid, is proposed. The gas chromatographic monitoring is effectively combined with transformer fault monitoring and control mode. And carry on the actual application in the substation; The application effect is evaluated and the function of oil chromatographic on-line monitoring device for oil-immersed transformer is improved according to the evaluation results. In the end, the distributed sensor control system for oil and gas on-line chromatographic monitoring of transformers based on SFSZ type transformer is described. The performance of the proposed method is illustrated with the transformer in a certain area of Beijing, and the validity of the proposed method is demonstrated by data.
