居室空气净化器设计研究
[Abstract]:With the development of social economy in China, urbanization is becoming more and more serious, which brings about a series of social problems, such as environmental pollution. In recent years, the standard of living of our people has been improved, and the demand for interior decoration has become higher and higher. The population of each big city expands rapidly, the density of urban buildings is more and more high and the sealing property is better and better, people rely on automobile and other means of transportation day by day, leading to the sources and kinds of indoor and outdoor pollutants increasing day by day. As people pay more and more attention to health and environmental protection, the demand for air quality is becoming higher and higher, which leads to the design and development of air purifiers. This project mainly aims at the research of indoor air purifier, and designs the air purifier products with high efficiency, simplicity, fashion, ease of use, small space and fusion with home environment. This article has carried on the investigation to the market sale many kinds of air purifier product design, and through the questionnaire survey, the observation and the user interview and so on research method, mainly regards the youth crowd and the family as the target user, unifies the people-oriented, Based on the user-centered design concept, the design requirements of the user's physiology and psychology are analyzed comprehensively, and the design concept of the indoor air purifier is determined by using the ergonomics method. The main contents of this paper include the integral modeling, internal functional structure, key purification technology, color collocation, product size, operational ease of use, use environment and so on of the indoor air purifier. The indoor air purifier mainly consists of outer panel, coarse filter layer, fine filter layer, antivirus and sterilization function module, fan, air inlet and outlet, various sensors, humidification device, sewage storage device, operation display panel and each function button. Each function module is installed in the form of card slot, which can be independently collocated according to the actual needs of different people, and the user has good applicability. On the basis of product design research and user demand investigation and statistical data analysis, this project determines the functional structure of the product according to the main needs of the user, and designs an ideal product model of a small desktop room air purifier. It is the adornment that can integrate modern home, and save use space. The color matching scheme of indoor air purifier products is mainly white, fashionable, modern and atmospheric, reducing the feeling of volume. Considering the use environment of the product, the product shape is round, smooth, stable, neither abrupt nor conservative, make the user feel the product friendly and comfortable. New shape design and simple collocation make the indoor air purifier and indoor environment well integrated. The design looks complete from every angle and is not limited by location. It is suitable for the youth target population. In the design to give product temperament and quality sense, make it better reflect their own value.
