基于虚拟仿真和触摸屏技术的PLC实验教学平台的研究

【摘要】:随着PLC技术在工业控制领域中的应用越来越广泛,PLC的相关课程也逐渐成为工科院校的工控类基础课程。PLC课程不仅要使学生学会其基本原理,更要培养学生的实践操作能力,因此,PLC的实验教学成为了PLC教学中的重要环节。但实验室要建立完整的PLC实验系统,受到资金、场地等因素的限制,在被控对象的配备上会遇到很大问题,不能很好地满足实验需求。 通过分析当前国内工科院校开展PLC实验教学过程中存在的问题,结合虚拟仿真的思想和触摸屏技术,提出了将PLC的被控实验对象的控制过程用组态软件和触摸屏来代替,进而大幅降低实验成本,更方便教师授课,有效激发学生的思考能力和动手操作能力。 文中分别介绍了PLC技术、组态技术和触摸屏技术的基本知识,在此基础上,阐述了相互之间的通信设置。之后,以松下FP0R-C32型号的PLC为例,分别编写了“双16层电梯联动系统”和“模糊洗衣机”两个实验程序,并采用力控6.1组态软件设计出双电梯和模糊洗衣机的虚拟仿真样机,组态界面完整实现了真实被控对象的控制和演示功能。最后,又设计了一个基于触摸屏的“运料小车”虚拟仿真实验系统,该实验系统可以只用触摸屏来模拟真实小车的运料过程,并在触摸屏仿真软件EasyBuilder中进行了在线仿真,用威纶MT506触摸屏完成了实物触摸屏演示过程。 通过本文的研究和设计,仿真模型可以直接应用到PLC实际教学中,,由此代替真实的双电梯系统、洗衣机和运料小车等实物被控对象,大大降低了实验教学的成本和开支,达到了预期的研究目的。
[Abstract]:With the application of PLC technology in the field of industrial control, the related courses of PLC have gradually become the basic courses of industrial control in engineering colleges. PLC courses should not only enable students to learn their basic principles, but also cultivate students' practical and operational abilities. Therefore, the experimental teaching of PLC has become an important link in PLC teaching. However, the laboratory should set up a complete PLC experimental system, which is limited by the factors such as funds, sites, etc., so it will encounter a lot of problems in the equipment of the controlled objects, and can not meet the needs of the experiment very well. Based on the analysis of the problems existing in the course of PLC experiment teaching in domestic engineering colleges and universities at present, combined with the idea of virtual simulation and touch screen technology, it is put forward that the control process of the controlled experimental object of PLC is replaced by configuration software and touch screen. Furthermore, it can greatly reduce the cost of experiments, facilitate teachers to teach, and effectively stimulate students' thinking ability and hands-on ability. This paper introduces the basic knowledge of PLC technology, configuration technology and touch screen technology respectively. Then, taking Panasonic FP0R-C32 model PLC as an example, two experimental programs of "double 16-storey elevator linkage system" and "fuzzy washing machine" are developed respectively. The virtual simulation prototype of double elevator and fuzzy washing machine is designed by force control 6.1 configuration software. The configuration interface realizes the control and demonstration function of real controlled object. At last, a virtual simulation experiment system based on touch screen is designed. The system can simulate the process of real vehicle with touch screen only, and the simulation is carried out in the touch screen simulation software EasyBuilder. The demonstration process of the physical touch screen is completed by using the Viron MT506 touch screen. Through the research and design of this paper, the simulation model can be directly applied to the actual teaching of PLC, thus replacing the real controlled objects such as double elevator system, washing machine and delivery car, which greatly reduces the cost and expense of experimental teaching. The expected purpose of the research has been achieved.
