考虑风速相关性的多目标电网规划

【摘要】:多个风电场之间的风速相关性会影响潮流分布,进而影响输电网规划方案。采用逆Nataf变换建立风速相关性模型。结合基于半不变量法的概率潮流和机会约束规划,综合考虑经济性、电网负载均衡度、环保效应3个指标,构建考虑风速相关性的含风电场多目标电网优化规划模型。针对多目标优化问题的求解,提出一种改进NSGA-Ⅱ,该算法采用控制参数动态调整策略,提高了算法的全局搜索性能。采用基于熵的序数偏好方法对最优解集进行排序,给出决策方案。IEEE 24节点系统和某区域实际算例证明了所提模型的合理性和方法的有效性。研究结果表明,风速相关性对目标分量有重要的影响,考虑风速相关性能够给出更准确的电网规划方案。
[Abstract]:The correlation of wind speed among wind farms will affect the distribution of power flow and then the transmission network planning scheme. The inverse Nataf transform is used to establish the wind speed correlation model.
