10kV XLPE电缆受潮绝缘特性研究

【摘要】:伴随中国城镇化进程的推进,电缆正逐步取代架空线而广泛应用于城市配电网络。然而,随着配网电缆规模的快速增长,电缆故障也日益频发。配网电缆的运行环境大都较为恶劣,部分电缆接头长期处于潮湿的环境,甚至直接浸泡在水中,电缆内部很容易受潮,进而引发电缆绝缘故障。为此搭建了恒压负荷循环试验平台,选取3条严重受潮的10 kV XLPE电缆,利用恒压负荷循环试验将受潮电缆中的潮气和水分排出。通过测量潮气和水分排出前后电缆的绝缘电阻和介质损耗,得到绝缘电阻和介质损耗随潮气排出的变化规律,从而获得潮气对电缆绝缘特性的影响机理。
[Abstract]:With the development of urbanization in China, cables are gradually replacing overhead lines and widely used in urban distribution networks. However, with the rapid growth of distribution network cable scale, cable failures are increasingly frequent. The operating environment of distribution network cable is mostly bad. Some cable connectors are in wet environment for a long time, even immerse directly in water. The internal cable is easy to be dampened, which leads to cable insulation failure. In this paper, a constant voltage load cycle test platform was set up, and three 10 kV XLPE cables with severe damp were selected, and the moisture and moisture in the cables were discharged by constant voltage load cycle test. By measuring the insulation resistance and dielectric loss of cables before and after moisture and moisture removal, the variation of insulation resistance and dielectric loss with moisture discharge is obtained, and the influence mechanism of moisture on cable insulation characteristics is obtained.
