可调光无极灯电子镇流器研究

【摘要】:无极灯作为新一代电光源,具有寿命长、效率高、无频闪等优点,是一种具有良好发展前途的新型气体放电光源。由于无极灯具有负阻特性,需要镇流器配合才能工作,因此在无极灯照明系统中,电子镇流器的分析与设计至关重要。本文首先分析了无极灯的发光机理,比较了无极灯与其他电光源的优缺点,总结了无极灯电子镇流器的发展趋势。接着详细介绍了无极灯电子镇流器的电路结构及分类,并结合无极灯的简化电路模型,详细分析了无极灯用谐振变换器工作原理以及软开关工作情况,推导出谐振变换器在谐振工作状态下各主要参量之间的相互关系。针对无极灯系统由于谐振参数发生变化导致固有谐振频率偏移的问题,研究一种新型数字锁相方法,通过锁定半桥逆变器中点电压与谐振电容电压的相位差,使无极灯电子镇流器工作频率能够准确地跟踪谐振回路的固有谐振频率,解决了因电路固有谐振频率偏移而导致无极灯无法正常工作的问题。以半桥中点电压与谐振电容电压的相位角作为锁相控制变量,建立了DPLL的数学模型,详细介绍了数字锁相的工作原理以及硬件和软件设计过程,并进行了实验验证。分析了传统无极灯调光方法存在的问题,在此基础上提出一种改进型PDM调光方法并将之与调频调光方法相结合构成新型的复合调光方案。详细分析了该调光方案的调光原理及实现方法,并对所提出的调光方案进行了仿真分析与实验验证,结果表明该调光方案具有调光精度高、调光范围变大等优点。采用单片机dsPIC33FJ16GS502作为主控制器,设计和制作了一台可调光数字式无极灯电子镇流器的原理样机,并进行了实验测试,实验结果验证了所提的方案是可行的。
[Abstract]:As a new generation of electric light source, electrodeless lamp has the advantages of long life, high efficiency and no stroboscopic, so it is a new type of gas discharge light source with good development prospect. The analysis and design of electronic ballast is very important in the system of electrodeless lamp because of its negative resistance characteristic and the coordination of ballast. In this paper, the luminescence mechanism of the electrodeless lamp is analyzed, the advantages and disadvantages of the electrodeless lamp and other electric light sources are compared, and the development trend of the electronic ballast of the electrodeless lamp is summarized. Then, the circuit structure and classification of the electronic ballast of the non-electrode lamp are introduced in detail, and the working principle of resonant converter and the working condition of the soft switch are analyzed in detail, combined with the simplified circuit model of the non-electrode lamp. The relationship between the main parameters of the resonant converter in the resonant state is deduced. In order to solve the problem of inherent resonance frequency offset caused by the variation of resonant parameters, a new digital phase-locked method is studied. By locking the phase difference between mid-point voltage and resonant capacitor voltage of half-bridge inverter, a novel digital phase-locking method is proposed. The working frequency of the electronic ballast of the electrodeless lamp can accurately track the inherent resonant frequency of the resonant circuit, which solves the problem that the non-electrode lamp can not work properly due to the deviation of the inherent resonance frequency of the circuit. Taking the phase angle of half-bridge midpoint voltage and resonant capacitor voltage as the phase locked control variable, the mathematical model of DPLL is established. The working principle of digital phase-locking and the design process of hardware and software are introduced in detail. Based on the analysis of the problems in the traditional dimming method of electrodeless lamp, an improved PDM dimming method is proposed and combined with the FM dimming method to form a new compound dimming scheme. The dimming principle and realization method of the dimming scheme are analyzed in detail, and the simulation analysis and experimental verification of the dimming scheme are carried out. The results show that the dimming scheme has the advantages of high dimming precision and wide dimming range. Using dsPIC33FJ16GS502 as the main controller, the principle prototype of an adjustable light digital electronic ballast for electrodeless lamp is designed and manufactured. The experimental results show that the proposed scheme is feasible.
