利用过程免疫时间优化保护的电压暂降缓减方案

【摘要】:电压暂降对敏感过程的影响与导致暂降的故障电流、清除故障的保护定值以及过程暂降免疫力有关。引入过程免疫时间和用户可接受后果状态的概念,确定用户可接受的暂降持续时间,将过程免疫力分为3个等级。研究过程免疫时间与三段式电流保护定值之间的关系,提出通过利用过程免疫时间优化保护缓减电压暂降影响的方案。对IEEE 14节点配电系统、某实际含短线路配电系统和2种典型敏感过程进行仿真,验证了所提方法的正确性和有效性。结果证明,对于过程免疫时间较长的敏感过程,所提方法可有效缓减由Ⅱ段和Ⅲ段电流保护以及含短线路系统中由带延时的电流保护清除的故障所引起的电压暂降的影响。
[Abstract]:The effect of voltage sag on the sensitive process is related to the fault current which leads to the sag, the protection setting for clearing the fault and the immunity of the process sag. The concept of process immunity time and user acceptable consequence state is introduced to determine the duration of downtime acceptable to users and to divide process immunity into three levels. The relationship between the immune time of the process and the fixed value of the three-segment current protection is studied, and a scheme to optimize the protection against voltage sag by using the immune time of the process is put forward. This paper simulates the IEEE 14-bus distribution system, an actual power distribution system with short lines and two typical sensitive processes, and verifies the correctness and effectiveness of the proposed method.
