单相串激电机设计及其换向性能分析

【摘要】:单相串激电机具有使用方便,转速高,重量轻,体积小以及启动转矩大,过载能力强等优点,广泛被应用于日常生活中,尤其是在家用电器、电动工具中,其中很多都是用单相串激电机。本文设计了一款应用在家庭食物搅拌机中的单相串激电机,并且建立了电机的二维有限元模型,同时对电机的运行性能特别是换向性能加以仿真研究。分析单相串激电机的基本特性和结构特点以及工作原理,根据单相串激电机的设计特点及要求,确定其主要尺寸、电磁负荷,并进行电机的各项电磁参数的选择,还对电机的电刷进行了选择,并且列出了电机的电磁设计程序,完成了电机的初步设计。建立单相串激电机的二维有限元模型,对单相串激电机进行性能分析,研究其机械特性、稳态磁场以及空载、负载特性,得出了一系列仿真结果,并且结合电机理论加以分析,证明了此次设计的可行性。对单相串激电机的换向过程和换向机理加以分析,并研究影响单相串激电机换向性能的因素以及如何改善单相串激电机的换向情况,把求出的单相串激电机电刷偏移角代入电机模型中,仿真出电刷移动与否时电机换向线圈中的电流情况,通过对比分析,验证了通过调节电刷位置来改善电机换向情况的有效性,同时还研究了电机在不同电刷偏移角下的运行性能,为以后对单相串激电机的研究提供了一些有价值的参考。
[Abstract]:Single phase series motor is widely used in daily life, especially in household appliances and electric tools, because of its advantages such as convenient use, high speed, light weight, small size, large starting torque, strong overload ability, etc. Many of them use single-phase series motors. In this paper, a single-phase series motor used in the household food mixer is designed, and the 2-D finite element model of the motor is established. At the same time, the performance of the motor, especially the commutation performance, is simulated. This paper analyzes the basic characteristics, structural characteristics and working principle of single-phase series-excited motor, determines its main size, electromagnetic load and the selection of various electromagnetic parameters according to the design characteristics and requirements of single-phase series-driven motor. The brush of the motor is also selected, and the electromagnetic design program of the motor is listed, and the preliminary design of the motor is completed. A two-dimensional finite element model of single-phase serial-excited motor is established. The performance of single-phase series-induced motor is analyzed. The mechanical characteristics, steady field, no-load and load characteristics are studied. A series of simulation results are obtained and analyzed by combining the motor theory. The feasibility of the design is proved. The commutation process and commutation mechanism of single-phase series-driven motor are analyzed, and the factors that affect the commutative performance of single-phase series-induced motor and how to improve the commutative condition of single-phase series-induced motor are studied. The offset angle of the single-phase series motor brush is substituted into the motor model, and the current situation in the commutation coil of the motor when the brush is moving or not is simulated. The effectiveness of the motor commutation is verified by adjusting the position of the brush, and the performance of the motor under different brush offset angles is also studied, which provides some valuable reference for the research of single-phase series motor in the future.
