高压开关柜有源无线温度在线监测系统设计

【摘要】：针对目前高压开关柜过热故障进行分析,阐述了高压开关柜温度在线监测的必要性,对目前测温的方法进行了分类和对比,在此基础上设计了高压开关柜有源无线测温系统,包括硬件的选型和组装,以及无线收发模块和上位机软件的设计。最后对组装后的测试装置进行性能测试,装置性能良好,达到实时温度监测的目的。
[Abstract]:Based on the analysis of the overheating fault of the high voltage switchgear, the necessity of on-line temperature monitoring of the high voltage switchgear is expounded, and the current methods of temperature measurement are classified and compared. On this basis, the active wireless temperature measurement system of the high voltage switchgear is designed. Including hardware selection and assembly, as well as wireless transceiver module and PC software design. Finally, the performance of the assembled test device is tested, the performance of the device is good, and the purpose of real-time temperature monitoring is achieved.
