D-A型共轭聚合物材料的设计和合成及其在太阳能电池中的应用

【摘要】:能源是二十一世纪人类赖以生存和发展的基本条件,是世界各国经济发展战略中颇受重视的组成部分。随着传统石化能源的日益枯竭,人们越来越渴望廉价并且环保的可再生能源技术的出现。太阳能是没有污染、没有噪声、不受地域限制、取之不尽用之不竭的清洁能源,是目前为止人类可利用的最理想的能源模式。太阳能电池是将太阳能直接转化为电能,是人们利用太阳能资源,进行存储和提供能源的有效途径之一。目前,制备高效、廉价、可大面积生产的太阳能电池,是学术界和产业界关注的焦点问题。 因此,基于有机聚合物活性材料的有机太阳能电池日益进入人们的视野,并得到了重视和发展。可溶液加工的有机共轭聚合物太阳能电池具有诸多优点,包括制造方便,装置简易,成本低廉、质量轻,可制成大面积均匀膜层,甚至可制成薄而透明的柔性太阳能电池等。 本论文涉及两个体系的研究:第一章,我们由苯并二噻吩出发,引入1-乙炔基-3,5-双(辛氧基)苯作为侧链,合成了单体4,8-双(1-乙炔基-3,5-双(辛氧基)苯)-苯并[1,2-b:4,5-b']二噻吩,及一系列基于该单体的聚合物。并研究了炔基的引入对该系列聚合物各项性能的影响。第二章,我们基于前人的研究,合成了4,8-双(4-乙基己氧基-苯基)-苯并[1,2-b:4,5-b']二噻吩,并与经典单体2-乙基己基噻吩并[3,4-b]噻吩-2-羧酸甲酯(TT)共聚得到聚合物聚{4,8-双(4-(2-乙基己氧基)-苯基-苯并[1,2-b:4,5-b']二噻吩-交替-2-乙基己基噻吩并[3,4-b]噻吩-2-羧酸甲酯},将该聚合物应用于有机太阳能电池器件中,并测试了其光伏性能。
[Abstract]:Energy is the basic condition for human survival and development in the 21 century. With the depletion of traditional fossil energy, people are more and more eager for the emergence of cheap and environmentally friendly renewable energy technology. Solar energy is a clean energy that has no pollution, no noise, is not restricted by the region, and is inexhaustible. So far, solar energy is the most ideal energy mode that can be used by human beings. Solar cells are one of the effective ways for people to store and provide energy by using solar energy to convert solar energy directly into electric energy. At present, the preparation of high efficiency, low-cost, large-area solar cells is the focus of attention in academia and industry. Therefore, organic solar cells based on organic polymer active materials have been paid more and more attention. Organic conjugated polymer solar cells, which can be processed in solution, have many advantages, such as convenient manufacture, simple device, low cost, light weight, and can be made into a large area uniform film layer, even thin and transparent flexible solar cells, etc. In chapter 1, we introduce 1-ethynyl-3-butadiene-5-bis (octoxy) benzene as side chain from benzodithiophene. The monomer 4H 8- bis (1-acetyl-3o 5- bis (octoxy) benzene) -benzo [1o 2-b: 4o 5-b'] dithiophene was synthesized, and a series of polymers based on the monomer were synthesized. The influence of the introduction of alkynyl group on the properties of this series of polymers was studied. In Chapter 2, based on previous studies, we synthesized 4N 8bis (4-ethylhexoxy-phenyl) -benzo [1n 2-b: 4o 5-b'] dithiophene. The polymer {4o 8- (4- (2-ethylhexoxy) -phenyl-benzo) was synthesized by copolymerization with the classical monomer 2-ethylhexylthiopheno [3h2b] thiophene 2-carboxylate methyl ester (TT). Dithiophene-alternating 2-ethylhexylthiopheno [34-b] thiophene-2-carboxylate methyl ester}, The polymer was applied to organic solar cell and its photovoltaic performance was tested.
