太阳能光热发电系统蓄热混凝土的制备与性能

【摘要】:蓄热混凝土是太阳能热电站蓄热单元常用材料,研究了掺入磨细矿渣粉、聚丙烯腈有机纤维以及石墨集料等对蓄热混凝土物理力学性能、耐热性能和导热系数等的影响;结果表明磨细矿渣粉和石墨集料的掺入可有效提高混凝土的耐热性能,通过扫描电子显微镜(SEM)等测试手段从微观角度分析了其内在机理;同时,石墨集料还显著提高了混凝土导热系数。
[Abstract]:Regenerative concrete is a common material in solar thermal power plant. The effects of grinding slag powder, polyacrylonitrile organic fiber and graphite aggregate on the physical and mechanical properties, heat resistance and thermal conductivity of regenerative concrete are studied. The results show that the addition of grinding slag powder and graphite aggregate can effectively improve the heat resistance of concrete. The internal mechanism of the concrete is analyzed from the microscopic point of view by means of scanning electron microscope (SEM) and (SEM). At the same time, graphite aggregate also significantly improved the thermal conductivity of concrete.
