大功率信号发生器研究

【摘要】:信号发生器又称为信号源,常用作测试电子设备的仪器。现代电气设备对信号发生器的要求除了高稳态精度、高可靠性、高质量的输出波形外,还要求其具有优异的带载能力。通常采用信号发生器与功率放大器相结合的方式,来完成大功率输出要求。随着数字信号处理器(DSP)、大功率电力电子技术的蓬勃发展,本文提出基于DSP、采用电力电子装置对电能进行变换的大功率信号发生器。该大功率信号发生器能输出高质量的正弦波、三角波、方波、锯齿波等典型信号,带载能力非常强,而且还能根据需要进一步拓展。 本文的第一工作是进行大功率信号发生器系统的理论分析和初步设计。首先给出包括变压器、整流器、功率放大器等部分的主电路拓扑结构图,,详细地讨论和分析控制策略和工作原理;然后进行主回路元器件选型,给出主回路主要参数设计的详细过程;最后完成控制系统的硬件设计和软件设计。在控制算法上,三相PWM整流器采用电压外环和电流内环的双环控制算法、功率放大器采用简单的输出电压闭环控制算法,并进行了仿真验证。 本文在第一步工作的基础上制作了大功率信号发生器的样机,试验结果表明样机达到了预期目标。本文研制的高标准高性能的大功率信号发生器,具有很好的实用价值和现实意义。
[Abstract]:A signal generator, also known as a signal source, is often used as an instrument for testing electronic equipment. In addition to the high steady precision, high reliability and high quality output waveform, the modern electrical equipment requires the signal generator to have excellent load capacity. Signal generator and power amplifier are usually used to achieve high power output. With the rapid development of digital signal processor (DSP),) high-power electronics technology, this paper presents a high-power signal generator based on DSP,. The high power signal generator can output high quality sinusoidal wave, triangle wave, square wave, sawtooth wave and other typical signals. The first work of this paper is the theoretical analysis and preliminary design of the high power signal generator system. First, the main circuit topology diagram including transformer, rectifier, power amplifier and so on is given, and the control strategy and working principle are discussed and analyzed in detail. Then the main circuit components are selected, and the detailed process of the main circuit parameters design is given. Finally, the hardware design and software design of the control system are completed. In the control algorithm, the three-phase PWM rectifier adopts the double loop control algorithm of voltage outer loop and current inner loop, and the power amplifier adopts simple output voltage closed loop control algorithm, and the simulation is carried out. In this paper, the prototype of high power signal generator is made on the basis of the first step. The experimental results show that the prototype has reached the expected goal. The high-standard and high-performance high-power signal generator developed in this paper has good practical value and practical significance.
