赤峰电网接纳风电能力的研究

【摘要】:目前随着环境和能源问题的逐渐凸显,风电作为清洁能源具有分布广泛且永不枯竭的特点,已经在国内外实现大规模发展,从各种可再生能源中脱颖而出。但由于自然风的随机性和间歇性等特点,造成风机出力可能在短时间内大幅度波动,它的大规模并网必将对电网产生冲击和影响,主要体现在电网的安全运行稳定、电能质量以及调度控制等方面。 赤峰市位于内蒙古自治区东南部、蒙冀辽三省区交汇处,地域辽阔,风能资源丰富,全市易开发的风能资源达1000万千瓦以上。但目前赤峰电网本身已存在调峰困难等特点,为了促进风电事业在赤峰地区健康协调发展,本文结合当前电网风电实际运行情况,通过现场实际调研,在阅读大量国内外相关文献资料的基础上,提出了一种基于负荷响应的风电消纳方法,通过分析电网负荷水平、负荷特性、区内外电源对区内调峰影响、跨区联络线参与电网调峰模式以及风电机组的性能和运行特性等,开展了对含风电电网调峰能力的计算,随后从改善电价方案、直接负荷控制项目与负荷聚集商机制三个角度,提出了需求响应综合方案建议,完善电力需求侧管理,促进风电在网内的消纳。
[Abstract]:With the increasingly prominent environmental and energy problems, wind power, as a clean energy, has been widely distributed and never exhausted. It has achieved large-scale development at home and abroad, and stands out from all kinds of renewable energy sources. However, due to the randomness and intermittence of natural wind, the output of fan may fluctuate in a short period of time, and its large-scale grid connection will certainly have an impact and influence on the power grid, mainly reflected in the stability of the safe operation of the power network. Power quality and scheduling control. Chifeng City is located in the southeast of Inner Mongolia Autonomous region, the intersection of three provinces and regions in Inner Mongolia, Hebei and Liaoning provinces, the region is vast, the wind energy resources are rich, and the wind energy resources easily developed in the whole city reach more than 10 million kilowatts. In order to promote the healthy and coordinated development of wind power industry in Chifeng area, this paper combines the actual operation of wind power system in the current grid, through the actual investigation on the spot, in order to promote the healthy and coordinated development of wind power industry in Chifeng area. On the basis of reading a large amount of relevant domestic and foreign literature, a wind power dissipation method based on load response is put forward. By analyzing the load level, load characteristics, and the influence of internal and external power sources on peak shaving in the area, a method of wind power dissipation based on load response is proposed. The cross-zone tie lines participate in the mode of peak shaving and the performance and operation characteristics of wind turbines, etc., and carry out the calculation of the peak shaving capacity of the grid with wind power. Then, from the three angles of improving electricity price scheme, direct load control project and load aggregator mechanism, The comprehensive proposal of demand response is put forward to improve the power demand side management and promote the wind power consumption in the grid.
