核电厂概率安全评价方法及应用研究

【摘要】:对于核电站而言,安全是一切的基础,安全分析起着尤为重要的作用。本文首先对国内外核电厂概率安全分析的发展现状和主要内容进行了梳理,归纳分析了核电厂概率安全分析的分级及流程,结合实际对概率安全分析方法、动态可靠性方法进行了阐述。分析指出了传统静态概率安全分析的弱点:不能反映设备运行状态下失效概率的变动,为此本文在静态概率安全分析的基础上,使用动态可靠性方法,以设备冷却水系统失效无法带出事故工况下的设备余热事件为分析对象,根据设备冷却水系统的主要设备及运行序列,建立静态故障树模型和动态故障树模型,并利用risk-spectrum软件进行计算,从而得出核电厂设备冷却水系统的静态和动态失效概率,并找出引起可靠性变化的关键点,予以重点关注。 通过本课题工作明确了概率安全分析中重点关注事项、过程及设备冷却水系统的重点关注设备,为山东省内核电站后续的安全监管和综合监管奠定基础。
[Abstract]:For nuclear power plants, safety is the basis of all, safety analysis plays a particularly important role. In this paper, the development status and main contents of probabilistic safety analysis of nuclear power plants at home and abroad are reviewed, the classification and flow of probabilistic safety analysis of nuclear power plants are summarized and analyzed, and the methods of probabilistic safety analysis are combined with the practical methods of probabilistic safety analysis. The dynamic reliability method is described. The weakness of the traditional static probabilistic safety analysis is pointed out: it can not reflect the change of the failure probability under the operating state of the equipment. Therefore, based on the static probabilistic safety analysis, the dynamic reliability method is used in this paper. According to the main equipment and running sequence of the equipment cooling water system, the static fault tree model and the dynamic fault tree model are established according to the main equipment and operation sequence of the equipment cooling water system, taking the equipment waste heat event of the equipment cooling water system failure as the analysis object. The risk-spectrum software is used to calculate the static and dynamic failure probability of cooling water system of nuclear power plant equipment, and the key points which cause the change of reliability are found out, and the emphasis is paid to the failure probability of cooling water system of nuclear power plant. Through this work, the key points of concern in probabilistic safety analysis, the key equipment of cooling water system in process and equipment are defined, which lays a foundation for the safety supervision and comprehensive supervision of nuclear power plants in Shandong Province.
