基于IEC61850和IEC61970的光伏电站通信与信息建模研究

【摘要】:在全球范围内石油和煤炭等化石能源急剧短缺的情况下,世界各个国家政府必须节能减排。对比化石能源的大规模应用的各种弊端,清洁零污染、可以再生的新生能源受到了各个国家政府的重视,最具有代表性的新生能源和可以再生的能源是风能和太阳能。作为理想的可以再生能源,太阳能被充分利用发展的首要方式就是通过光伏发电。光伏发电具有零噪声、零污染,能量能够既得即用而且无限量,无地域的限制,无需工作人员值守,规划建设的周期较短,规模设计自由度较大的优点。本课题对光伏发电的电站通信和信息建模作了深入研究。光伏发电是理想再生能源太阳能被开发的主要途径,本文深入研究了基于IEC61850和IEC61970的光伏电站通信和信息建模,综合分析了对IEC 61970和IEC61850标准实施的基本原理,并在此基础之上从标准语义模型、模型映射、信息模型等方面讨论研究光伏电站通信和信息建模;1.研究了基于光伏电站的IEC 61970标准语义模型;2.研究基于光伏电站的IEC 61850标准语义模型;3.研究大型光伏电站IEC 61970和IEC 61850语义模型的映射;4.研究基于光伏电站的IEC 61970和IEC 61850信息模型。光伏发电不仅作为可再生能源的开发的主要途径,而且在智能化光伏电站监控系统的研究中具有重要作用。本文通过对基于IEC 61850和IEC61970的光伏电站的标准语义模型、语义模型的映射和信息模型的分析,深度研究了基于IEC61850和IEC61970的光伏电站的通信和信息建模,提高了光伏发电的可用性和可靠性。
[Abstract]:With a sharp shortage of fossil fuels such as oil and coal around the world, governments around the world must save energy and reduce emissions. Compared with the various disadvantages of the large-scale application of fossil energy, clean and zero pollution, renewable new energy has received the attention of various governments, the most representative of new and renewable energy is wind and solar energy. As an ideal renewable energy source, the first way solar energy can be fully utilized is to generate electricity through photovoltaic. Photovoltaic power generation has the advantages of zero noise, zero pollution, unlimited and unlimited energy availability, no limitation of region, no need of staff on duty, shorter planning and construction period and greater freedom of scale design. In this paper, the communication and information modeling of photovoltaic power station are studied deeply. Photovoltaic power generation is the main way to develop the ideal renewable energy solar energy. In this paper, the communication and information modeling of photovoltaic power station based on IEC61850 and IEC61970 are deeply studied, and the basic principles of the implementation of IEC61970 and IEC61850 standards are comprehensively analyzed. On this basis, the communication and information modeling of photovoltaic power station are discussed from the aspects of standard semantic model, model mapping, information model and so on. 1. The semantic model of IEC 61970 standard based on photovoltaic power station is studied. The semantic model of IEC 61850 standard based on photovoltaic power station is studied. The mapping of semantic models of IEC 61970 and IEC 61850 for large photovoltaic power stations is studied. 4. The information models of IEC 61970 and IEC 61850 based on photovoltaic power station are studied. Photovoltaic power not only plays an important role in the development of renewable energy, but also plays an important role in the research of intelligent photovoltaic power station monitoring system. By analyzing the standard semantic model, mapping of semantic model and information model of photovoltaic power station based on IEC61850 and IEC61970, the communication and information modeling of photovoltaic power station based on IEC61850 and IEC61970 is deeply studied in this paper. It improves the availability and reliability of photovoltaic power generation.
