多电平光伏逆变器的研究与设计

【摘要】:随着当今社会的快速发展,,能源环境危机问题越来越突出。煤炭、石油和天然气等非可再生能源已经不能满足人类可持续发展的需要,而在众多可再生能源中,太阳能具有可持续利用、无污染、成本低廉的优点。太阳能发电是太阳能利用的主要形式,而逆变器是太阳能发电系统的核心装置。逆变器的拓扑结构和控制策略对发电质量有着决定性的作用。 近年来多电平逆变器成为众多学者的研究热点,因为多电平逆变器具有输出电压变化率小、输出电压电流谐波畸变小、开关器件频率低损耗小和输出共模电压小等优点,这些优点使得多电平逆变器在光伏发电系统中拥有广阔的应用空间。 本论文首先介绍了太阳能电池的特性、光伏发电技术和多电平逆变器的发展及应用等。分析了几种常见的多电平逆变器的拓扑结构的特点和几种常用的多电平逆变器的PWM调制策略的特点。对一种基于二极管的二进制级联叠加式多电平逆变器进行改进使其应用于光伏并网中,把单相多电平空间矢量调制策略应用于基于二极管的二进制级联叠加式多电平逆变器的并网策略中,并在MATLAB/SIMULINK中搭建电路模型进行了的仿真验证。 提出了一种适用于光伏发电领域的一种新型不对称三电平三相逆变器拓扑结构,对其工作原理进行了分析,然后以逆变器输出电压的谐波畸变率和开关器件的损耗为依据分析比较了多电平逆变器的PWM调制策略,研究了电容电压变化时对逆变器输出线电压的影响,并在MATLAB/SIMULINK中建立电路系统模型进行了仿真验证。 其次,以型号TMS320F28335的DSP芯片为核心处理器设计了新型不对称三电平三相逆变器的验证性硬件电路,并对逆变器的硬件系统进行了介绍。 最后对全文所做工作进行了总结和展望。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of today's society, the problem of energy and environment crisis becomes more and more prominent. Non-renewable energy such as coal, oil and natural gas can not meet the needs of human sustainable development. In many renewable energy sources, solar energy has the advantages of sustainable utilization, no pollution and low cost. Solar power generation is the main form of solar energy utilization, and inverter is the core device of solar power generation system. The topology and control strategy of inverter play a decisive role in the quality of power generation. In recent years, multilevel inverter has become the research hotspot of many scholars, because multilevel inverter has the advantages of low output voltage change rate, low output voltage and current harmonic distortion, low switching device frequency loss and low output common-mode voltage, etc. These advantages make multilevel inverter have wide application space in photovoltaic power generation system. Firstly, the characteristics of solar cells, the development and application of photovoltaic technology and multilevel inverter are introduced. The characteristics of several common topology structures of multilevel inverters and the PWM modulation strategies of several commonly used multilevel inverters are analyzed in this paper. A diode-based binary cascade cascaded multilevel inverter is improved to be used in photovoltaic grid connection. The single-phase multilevel space vector modulation strategy is applied to the grid-connected strategy of diode-based cascaded multilevel inverter, and the circuit model in MATLAB/SIMULINK is simulated and verified. A new type of asymmetric three-level three-phase inverter topology suitable for photovoltaic power generation is proposed, and its working principle is analyzed. Based on the harmonic distortion rate of the output voltage of the inverter and the loss of the switching device, the PWM modulation strategy of the multi-level inverter is analyzed and compared, and the influence of the capacitance voltage on the output line voltage of the inverter is studied. The circuit system model is established in MATLAB/SIMULINK and verified by simulation. Secondly, the verification hardware circuit of the novel asymmetrical three-level three-phase inverter is designed based on the DSP chip of the model TMS320F28335, and the hardware system of the inverter is introduced. Finally, the paper summarizes and looks forward to the work done in this paper.
