面向继电保护定值在线校核的综合数据平台的构建及其应用
[Abstract]:The multiple-size accident of the power grid indicates that the occurrence or expansion of the power grid accident is often closely related to the incorrect operation of the relay protection. The expansion of the scale of the power grid and the diversification of the mode of operation make the on-line check and early warning of the setting value of the relay protection become the focus of the work of the operation personnel of the power grid. in that development and application of the on-line check and early warning system of the relay protection constant value, the comprehensive data platform for building the network parameter and the graphic data of the integrated multiple heterogeneous information system is the foundation for realizing on-line check and early warning of the relay protection fixed value, The on-line monitoring of relay protection settings is a typical application based on the comprehensive data platform. In this paper, on the basis of the on-line checking and early warning system of relay protection fixed value, the contents of the integrated interface of the heterogeneous information system and the data distribution of the comprehensive data platform, the graphic fusion of the heterogeneous information system and the on-line monitoring of the setting value of the relay protection are studied. The data integration of heterogeneous information system based on WebService technology is presented in the aspects of heterogeneous information system integration interface and comprehensive data platform data release. The method is based on the analysis of the on-line check of the setting value of the relay protection and the function and data requirements of the early warning system, and adopts the WebService technology as the interface of each power automatic system integration to improve the expandability of the construction of the comprehensive data platform, and realizes the connection of loose coupling between the system and the system. At the same time, the comprehensive data platform provides the on-line check and on-line monitoring data distribution interface for relay protection fixed value, which can realize the customization of the data of different departments and improve the utility of the system construction. In the aspect of heterogeneous information system graphics fusion, the on-line check of the setting value of relay protection based on SVG (Scalable Vector Graphics) and the modeling and melting of the early warning system are put forward. The method comprises the following steps of: deriving a primary wiring pattern of the SVG from a setting calculation system, multiplexing an internal diagram of a pre-processing fault information system of the SVG image, and realizing an on-line check of the relay protection fixed value and a secondary system diagram of the early warning system; and finally, realizing the dynamic refreshing and the dynamic refreshing of the fixed value on-line checking and the early warning system graph by calling the JavaScript function in the SVG file, In the aspect of the on-line monitoring of the setting value of the relay protection, the setting value of the relay protection based on the IEC61850 model is put forward. The method adopts the IEC61850 model to realize the acquisition of the fixed value data file from the fault information system, and the general purpose of the on-line monitoring system is improved. Performance and expansibility. The setting value of the self-defined relay protection setting calculation system is analyzed and obtained. Finally, the on-line monitoring strategy of relay protection setting value is put forward, and the on-line monitoring of relay protection setting value is summarized.
