海上中高速三体风电维护船船型设计与阻力及耐波性能研究

【摘要】:风能作为无污染的清洁能源可以减少传统石化能源的消耗,减少环境污染。随着风能的逐渐被利用,海上风电场也随之产生,使得相对应的海上风电场维护船的需求也逐渐加大。本文结合海上风电场的使用要求并分析三体船的船型特点,选用三体船作为海上风电场维护船船型,并根据相关资料确定了其主要要素,同时运用船舶设计软件NAPA进行型线设计,进而结合三体风电维护船的具体使用要求完成了总布置设计。本文主要对侧体排水体积占总排水体积的不同比例以及主侧体的不同相对位置来研究对三体维护船的阻力及耐波性能的影响,并产生多方案进行分析比较。运用计算流体动力学(CFD)软件FINE/Marine计算各方案的静水阻力以及NAPA软件中的耐波性计算模块对三体风电维护船的纵摇和升沉性能进行计算分析。综合分析侧体不同的体积比及不同位置对三体维护船的阻力及纵摇和升沉性能的影响可知,当侧体排水体积占总排水体积的9%~12%范围内,侧体与主体尾封板齐平并且横向间距b=4.05m时三体风电维护船的综合性能较优,该组合下的三体维护船的综合性能良好,适合于海上风电场维护船船型,能够很好的完成风电场的日常运行和维护工作。本文所获的研究成果对该类船型的阻力及纵摇升沉性能计算具有一定的参考价值,可以为今后海上风电场维护船的选择提供参考依据。
[Abstract]:Wind energy, as a clean and non-polluting energy, can reduce the consumption of traditional petrochemical energy and reduce environmental pollution. With the gradual utilization of wind energy, the offshore wind farm will also be generated, making the corresponding offshore wind farm maintenance ship demand gradually increased. Based on the requirements of offshore wind farm and the analysis of the characteristics of trimaran, this paper chooses trimaran as the maintenance ship of offshore wind farm, and determines the main elements of trimaran according to the relevant data. At the same time, the ship design software NAPA is used to design the profile, and then the general layout design is completed according to the specific requirements of the three-body wind power maintenance ship. In this paper, the influence of the different ratio of the drainage volume of the side body to the total drainage volume and the relative position of the main side body to the resistance and the seakeeping performance of the three-body maintenance ship is studied, and the multi-schemes are analyzed and compared. The static water resistance and seakeeping performance of the three-body wind power maintenance ship are calculated and analyzed by using the computational fluid dynamics (CFD) software FINE/Marine and the seakeeping calculation module in the NAPA software for calculating the pitching and sinking performance of the three-body wind power maintenance ship. A comprehensive analysis of the influence of different volume ratios and positions on the resistance, pitching and sinking performance of the three-body maintenance ship shows that when the drainage volume of the side body accounts for 9% of the total drainage volume, it is found that the drainage volume of the side body is within the range of 9% to 12% of the total drainage volume. The comprehensive performance of the three-body wind power maintenance ship is better when the side body and the main body tail plate are flat and the transverse spacing is 4.05 m. The integrated performance of the three-body maintenance ship under this combination is good, and it is suitable for the offshore wind farm maintenance ship type. Be able to complete the daily operation and maintenance of wind farm. The research results obtained in this paper have certain reference value for the calculation of resistance and pitching lift performance of this kind of ship, which can provide reference basis for the selection of offshore wind farm maintenance ships in the future.
