基于IGDT的有源配电网鲁棒恢复决策方法

【摘要】:由于分布式电源(distributed generator,DG)的接入,有源配电网运行的不确定性显著增大。其中,负荷需求及DG出力的不确定性对于恢复策略的制定影响显著。为此,提出一种基于信息间隙决策理论(information gap decision theory,IGDT)的配电网故障下失电负荷恢复的鲁棒决策模型。对于给定的不确定参数变化集,该模型给出的策略可以保证恢复结果不差于某一预设的最低可接受度。基于该模型,开发了以恢复更多失电负荷为目标的鲁棒恢复程序。最后,采用PGE 69节点配电网算例系统对于所提方法进行了分析验证。
[Abstract]:Due to the access of distributed power supply (distributed generator,DG), the uncertainty of active distribution network operation increases significantly. Among them, the uncertainty of load demand and DG output has a significant impact on the establishment of recovery strategy. Therefore, a robust decision-making model based on information gap decision theory (information gap decision theory,IGDT) for power loss load restoration in distribution network under fault is proposed. For a given variable set of uncertain parameters, the strategy given by the model can guarantee that the recovery result is not worse than a certain preset minimum acceptability. Based on this model, a robust recovery program is developed to recover more power loss loads. Finally, an example system of PGE 69-bus distribution network is used to analyze and verify the proposed method.
