防火涂料对电缆燃烧性能的影响研究

【摘要】:为全面评价涂敷防火涂料电缆的火灾危险性,用锥形量热仪试验研究不同热辐射强度下防火涂料对电缆燃烧性能的影响,对普通电缆和涂敷防火涂料电缆的热释放速率、火灾增长指数、烟气生成速率和热响应参数等进行对比分析。研究结果表明:涂敷防火涂料的电缆在中小规模火灾中点燃较难,热释放速率减小,火势增长缓慢,涂料能起较好的阻燃作用;当火灾规模较大或火灾充分发展时,涂料的阻燃作用十分有限;防火涂料使电缆的产烟量减少,但由于不完全燃烧,烟气毒性增大。
[Abstract]:In order to comprehensively evaluate the fire risk of cable coated with fireproof coating, the influence of fireproof coating on the combustion performance of cable under different thermal radiation intensity was studied by cone calorimeter, and the heat release rate of ordinary cable and cable coated with fireproof coating was also studied. Fire growth index, smoke formation rate and thermal response parameters were compared and analyzed. The results show that the cable coated with fireproof coating is difficult to ignite in small and medium-sized fires, the heat release rate decreases, the fire grows slowly, and the coating can play a better role in flame retardancy. When the fire scale is large or the fire is fully developed, the flame retardant effect of the coating is very limited, and the smoke production of the cable is reduced by the fire retardant coating, but the smoke toxicity increases due to incomplete combustion.
